I think that's a great idea how you clip the corners to remind you which side went in the soil! That's why you're so good at growing plants because you do all kinds of great things like that... Thanks so much for sharing
Thank you Maria. Our local Hardware Store owner has a huge Queen of the Night. He sells cuttings. I now will get a cutting and pot how you showed me. Gerry 😊
Beautiful plant. "Epiphyllum" is a genus of nighteen species of epiphytic plants in the cactus family (Cactaceae), native to Central America. Some species only blooms only one night once a year. That's crazy. Some species blooms last only for one night but the plant will bloom all season long.
Maria, your queen of the nights are so full and beautiful! Mine are pitiful looking, but I now know they need a bigger pot and need to be separated. Thank you for your tips. Love your spirit and attitude!
You are gorgeous Maria when you fix your hair like that…. It’s makes you more beautiful 💓💓💓🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I just brought home my first queen of the night and she has curly leaves
Hello Maria. Yes is the queen of the night. In my country, we call it "Dama de la noche". My mom got some from the river it was running wild there. I guess the people living close to it trow it away and got wild there. I have not seen it bloom because I'm here now but she said the flower is beautiful is a white flower. Bless you Maria you do love your plants!🙂🌱
My queen of the night flower's come out at midnight. When the morning light appears the flower's die. So beautiful and easy to grow l put them on my plam tree's.
Hello Maria, an epiphyllum orchid cactus or Queen of the night, loves to be pot bound in order to bloom. My sister has one that put out seven blooms and the blooms were huge. The plant has been in the same pot for 4 years and can stay another year in the same pot before it needs repotting.
I enjoyed this video and the information on how to transplant the queen of the night😀 I'm growing dragon fruit and figs. Maria if you have information on these fruits would enjoy hearing it. Thank you Maria⚘ Greedings🤗 New subscriber from hot 🔥 Phx.Az🌵🌞U.S.A

Thank you Maria, for your reply. I am living in Switzerland in Europe and I guess I will be a bit far from you. Please kindly let me know how far you are from me in Switzerland, thank you once more.
Hay Maria! Un abrazo gigante y muchos thank you's!!! I was scared & not sure if i would kill my baby cutting through the roots. Please share them again when they have buds. Are both of your varieties fragrant at night? Gracias😙
s g you are so sweet sometimes you need to do this to give you baby a need start and grow healthy again other thing you can do bigger pot for more room love Maria you are so sweet lol 😂
Maria hello. Im so happy to find this video. I have two of theses big mamas and they are really overly root bound. It has the harder stems like the one you repotted. Should i take the plants out and cut them apart like you did or do i cut any roots from the bottom. If i cut to separate will it bloom as it has been or does it have to be slightly root bound again. also is the two large plants you have hanging there also epiphllum queen of the night. Im just wondering why some have the hard stems and others have more wavy stems. i know im rambling but sometimes wording things is not a strong suit for me. And one more thing as you would say...lol...how do i get my plants fuller in the center? Gosh, ill never have to google again because you have a video about everything i have a question about. .
