- Gain over 60% braking performance with Desolate Motorsports brake upgrades for you 80-96 Ford Bronco or F150!
Brakes are often the most overlooked part of any truck build. Adding horsepower, engine swaps, larger tires, off-road suspension or more weight in general can severely impact your braking performance. That's why we set out to offer a complete disc brake upgrade for your 80-96 Bronco and F150 truck.
In this video, we're comparing the stock Bronco brakes on a Ford Bronco to the Desolate Motorsports Big Brake Upgrades. The front upgrade features Wilwood 4 piston calipers, 13" drilled and slotted rotors, and brake pads, and all necessary hardware and lines for a complete installation.
The rear brake upgrade on this Bronco is achieved through the Desolate Motorsports Drop-In 9" rear axle housing, which features a disc brake conversion using Wilwood 4-piston Calipers, 12" rotors, pads, and an integrated parking brake. - Авто та транспорт
My hat is off to you and those others who are supporting this market. It takes a lot of balls to not only support and maintain a market that is over 30 years old, but to innovate and improve upon that market. You are releasing products that are needed, and are a great improvement over stock, or previous upgrades the market has seen come and go over the years. I've got my '85 over at Cody Crafted getting your 4" trail setup with stage 2.5 beams, and I can't wait until I am able to get the big brake kit on the front. I've got a 9" already, but now I see how important the rear setup is as well. Well done.....
Awesome video, DM you guys are rockstars for the OBS community
Awesome job guys! Great video demonstration.
Great demo 🤘🏻
Take my money... If I had it 😅
Definatly on the list though. Great demo
Can you add the rear brake kit without the Currie Axle? It's nice but I don't need the fully built rear axle.
What is the part number #
So just the back looks good 😎😂
Fit 15” wheels?
I am curious too, but I doubt it since it is a 13” rotor.
