How to make 12 to 220v inverter at home | how to make inverter
In this video, I show how to make a 12V to 220V high power inverter using power supply transistors or the same as computer power transistors or z44 or 3205 transistors.
This circuit does not require ic, in fact, it works without ic, with which you can start any motor tool or any type of lamp.

IFR I ZF44 is the same MOSFET except the mounting tab is electrically isolated such that you don't need the insulating sheet between mounting tab and the heat sink. As tested for at 1:20, good job there, I especially think highly of the verification done with the very last tone. Heat sink is still required, but it's not the same electrical terminal as the central drain terminal anymore. This "I" inclusion into the international rectifier part number is universal only in the IR lineup of MOSFETs. Isolated tab types made by others are often available, you may have to dig thru some nonsense to find them however.

Those transistors can't handle that current, it will just burn and you can also check the datasheet of that transistors that you used to know the amount of current they can handle
