I used to work at Sydney Airport and had the good fortune to meet Mr Kosen when he last visited Australia. I only got to speak to him for a couple of minutes but he was such a kind, humble and interesting man. Shaking his hand was an experience in itself due to it's size!

What a sweet man. He didn’t go out because he didn’t want to scare people, and he just wanted to go to school and write essays. I’m glad he is happier now ❤
Acromegaly is a terrible condition that usually shortens the life expectancies of the people who suffer from it. The fact that the tumor on his pituitary gland was removed gives him a good chance at a longer life.
His humility is much bigger than his height.

This is true, he is a good person with difficulty because he is very different of the other humans but this is good he is especial.

Unfortunately, people that grow to be as tall as this individual experience a plethora of health issues. A human beings body isn't genetically designed to grow to this status.
That man might be the tallest man alive, but he also seems like a very nice and genuine person. I truly hope he lives a long life, full of happiness and positivity ✌️🙂
He will probably die very early because when ur 6”3 for every inch you lose 2 years

I feel like crying like right now some people hate their own bodies but he is tall and he has accepted it and now l hope he will be an inspiration to everyone
What an amazing person. He seems so kind and I'm so unhappy that he didn't get to experience going to school when he seems so interested in it. And literally all they needed to do was get him a bigger chair...

They would need bigger chairs, bigger desks, bigger pens, bigger benches, bigger toilets, the list goes on lool. It would be a lot just to accommodate one person. He wasn’t shunned by society, its just that there would have to be a lot of changes just for one person.

For sure. I felt so bad when he said he was ashamed of himself because of people being scared of him. I would be proud to call this man a friend, you can just tell he is genuinely nice and kind.
@@jeremiahallyn4603 Fr when he said he felt guilty for scaring other people, my heart broke that even then he was thinking of other people. A truly kind and selfless soul.
I'm glad he finally got the peace that he lacked in childhood. He went from shut-in to world traveler, despite the anxiety he inevitably suffered. Important lesson in accepting yourself and loving yourself, because we go around in life too worried about our appearance. I know I spend too much time worrying about unimportant stuff like that. This is pretty inspirational.

Not only is he the tallest human, he is also one of the most kind-hearted. I would hang out with this guy, regardless of his title in the Guinness World Records. This guy deserves to have an XXXL smartphone and an XXXL controller to play video games with.
Being super tall is not a good thing because you will have problems and have a shortened life span. But as long he die a happy life i hope.

In university, I briefly dated a guy who was 6'7 with an armspan of 6'11. As a girl of 5'3, sure, there were challenges. We ultimately broke up, not because of anybody's height, but because our personalities didn't work out well together. But he's still a friend. He married a lovely 5'11 woman and they have an 8 year old who is as tall as I am lol. The tallest men are usually very kind people. Because they know what it's like to be singled out.

Not surprising there. Academia breeds a lot of narcissism and general superiority complex because of a piece of paper. Many end up coming out thinking they know better because they read it on a textbook or a professor told them and even when outside their field many think they're better because they have a degree in something.
He isn't uneducated. He says in the video that he has a diploma from primary school.

I've watched documentaries about him from other channels, and there was one that treated him very badly, he was just walking down the street with a few people in tow (probably the world record team guinness book), and a guy in front of him shouted "This is the tallest man in the world" repeatedly, so the crowd stare at him. I felt bad looking at his face like he was a circus performer or something, I thought it was kind of condescending.

I found out about him from a video compilation me and my uncle were watching about people with abnormal sizes. Like obese people. Or tall people. He was in it, and he was being very humble and positive. Sultan is such an awesome man.

It was very touching that he smiled so much when talking about earning his diploma, he's clearly very proud to achieve that goal of his. As inspiring and influential as he is, he wants to be treated like everyone else, and be recognized for hard work.

I can’t even imagine how much pain and discomfort he must be in at that height on a daily basis. Getting into vehicles elevators door ways stairs, showers and lots of other things has to be struggle everyday
Hard to believe Robert Wadlow was 8 1/2 inches taller than this guy, and wore a size 37 shoe!
Basketball player Karl Anthony Towns is 6'10" and wears size 20 shoe. I expected this guy to be around size 30 or so.
