I keep my amp reverb always on but so subtle that you only really notice it when it's gone. When I want my reverb to be overt I add it in on top with my zoom multistomp.
100% agree on looper, transformed my approach. Like all options, would use ODR-1 over SD-1 for dynamics. I'd replace chorus and delay pedals with a flanger, then use the looper or an eq in place.
I like the setup Hendrix used, that is what I am currently using, a Vox Wah-Wah, JHS Series 3 Fuzz, Boss FZ-5 Fuzz, Tone City Gold Plexi v1, JHS Unicorn v2 Univbe
My top 5: Boss Tuner TU-3, Keeley Halo Delay, Friedman BE-OD Deluxe(MIAB, rythm&lead), Analogman modified Boss Blues Driver(Rythm), and last pick gotta be a Mini Ibanez TubeScreamer(Lead when gainstacking with the Blues Driver or the Friedman). Amplifier is clean-ish with a nice subtle reverb built-in 🤘🏼
Hot take here, but I think a compressor is a great start myself. You can use it as a boost or into an overdrive (almost sounds like a distortion when stacked). And in a clean sound it's just 🤤
@@MikeBradleyofficial I’m thinking back to when that guy had the wah in a croc when you and I were at NAMM, lol. You being a left foot wah was a total curveball for him.
What a fantastic video have a wonderful day Mike also I cut my wrist with a knife after an argument with my mom when my family was sleeping last week ❤😢
True, but was going by own experience. And at the beginning for me my tuner was a Korg one, the rectangle shape ones. Didn’t get a tuner pedal until much later.
My top 5: Tuner, Compressor, Graphic Equalizer, Clean Boost, Chorus. I would rather get the overdrive sound from my amp and use the GE and clean boost to tweak the tones rather than an OD pedal. I'm kind of surprised that the Wha was your number 1. I had one on my pedal board for years. I can probably count the number of times I used it on the fingers of one hand. It always seemed overbearing and cliche to me. But, to each his own.

I like your choices. 👍
Sounds great that guitar 🎸 Mike
It sure is a good one.
That solo at beginning was great! Any tips on better phrasing?
Thank you, very much. I’ve got a few videos on my channel about phrasing, be sure to check them out.

The chorus girl says hi XD - My pedal is still turned on as I write this!
Hahaha love this!
You wah left footed 😘
I do indeed, I’m left handed. 😊

@@AlbusBand oh lord yes!!! That was an experience wasn’t it! 😂🙈

Oh no! That doesn’t sound good at all! Hope everything is ok.
you forgot the most important one : a tuner : )

@@MikeBradleyofficial yeah , i still have mine , i guess its about 40 years old now : )

I hear you, all depends how you use it. For me, 99% of the time on a gig or session I always have one with me.
Don't like ed sheeran 😂😂😂
