This character build is the epitome of the "teleports behind you" meme. Also, for that patient on the table, if he lives he just goes running out into the shadows to almost certainly become shadow-cursed undead so I figure wiping him out early was a mercy.
"get the crit miss outta the way" xD You were alllll up in that Docs face. He scares me because of paralyse! You didn't even have freedom of movement or ring of free action! I was clenching... but damn good job!!!!!
Wonderful as usual! I'd like to know how do you have all that damage riders? I know about the poison from Kagha's amulet, thunder from drakeglaive, maybe 2 acid from caustic band and the sneak attack. What about the fire and psychic riders how did you get them? EDIT: I think this is the flawed helldusk gloves from Dammon ^_^ If you plan to use that many riders, you have to use the Savage Attacker feat, it makes all your damage consistently higher, much higher with all those damage dice, but I am sure already knew that haha :D . I always use it as my first feat on a martial or after an ASI if I need it like on a monk.
Sorry for late reply, yes it's the gloves. The psychic is from strange conduit ring. Yea I read that savage attacker was changed awhile back for the better! I think it's a good change to it.
uploaded just 37mins ago and I haven't watched it yet. forgive me if I already have some questions: #1 why fighting them all? isn't that too dangerous? my first encounter with them (yes, I'm still a rookie) recently had me talk to Malus and I managed to make his nurses nuke it out. all I had to do was facing Malus alone. yes, twice Malus tried to resurrect a nurse to help him and my wizard shut down both attempts. I still fight dirty using a group of four. very unfair, I know. #2 of all the weapons at your disposal so far why choose the longsword from the creche? none of the nice weapons Dammon or the Harper lady have on offer were interesting for your princess? #3 is this armour preferable to an adamantine armour? was the +1 initiative buff decisive for your choice? you do have the adamantine shield but didn't you manufacture a second piece as well? #4 no more _Refreshed_ from auntie's well? isn't it worth the travel time anymore? my questions are only meant to understand your choices. I am still learning and want to get better at the game by studying your approaches to the challenges in the game. thanks for giving us all these videos. there are a great help and very entertaining. 👍👏🤟
No problem. Ask away! 1 - It's just for the fight itself. I want to try out the class and experience the new legendary actions. I'm probably gonna talk Bartender Thorm to death (I just don't enjoy that one). Haha nothing wrong with using 4, I should give that a go again at some point! Haven't done that for a year now heh. 2 - It got the finesse attribute and you can two-hand it, so that means you can sneak attack with it while it being two-handed. So, basically, I thought it was cool :). I'm going to switch around weapons (and shield) to try difference variations. Basically experiment a bit. I know that's best to not do in HM but I'm not particularly scared of act 2. 3 - It provides a bit more armor class on top of the initiative. I still got 1 more to craft, considering the heavy armor but not entirely sure yet. You're very welcome! My goal with the channel is to showcase various fights and strategies, so questions are to be expected!
ok guys i ve dona a game on tactician now playing honor. explain pls how surprise work? u can only surprise from turn base mode and have to be stealthed or invisible?
You don't need to be in turn based more but you do need either stealth or invisibility. Make sure your target do not have Alert feat because then they cannot be surprised. Good luck!

Haha I have had similar thoughts about the build! :D It's just the fedora that's missing. Alrighty, good for the patient then hehe
I think either outcome is acceptable to shadowheart as both lead him to the embrace of Shar.
Damn that was a hell of a fight! Nice job
Thanks!

I never bother with it because honestly I never remember it heh. I'll probably re-evaluate that the day I do get paralyzed though 😅
it was the sentient amulet who talked in the end
Oh thank you! I had no clue!
even if not actually equipped. 😃she is still wearing _Broodmother's Revenge_ courtesy of Kagha.
thank you for another amazing upload about my favorite shadow monk, lich
My pleasure and thank you! 🖤

@@FriendlyLich Thanks for your reply. Using Savage Attacker in my past few runs really changed my game, damage is always higher.

The one talking at the end is the ghost in the amulet. Weird he pipes up there if you are not wearing that amulet.
Had no clue about that, never ran around with it before. So it caught me by surprise.
I just found out you watch morgana evalyn
I do yeah, she’s very good with the game

That was the monk's amulet talking. Doesn't care for Sharian's.
Oh thank you! I had no clue!
shar's spear maybe hmm?
I'm trying my hardest to be good this run. I will try to resist this temptation 😅
