The Lombardi Championship Trophy is called Lombardi for a reason. Coach Lombardi was one of the greatest NFL coaches of all time and set the standard at Green Bay Franchise. Not many player distractions in GB ..just pure, football the way it was meant to be. The team is run like a corporation governed by a community board. It is a great business model with results that speak for themselves.
The only minus in Green Bay is the fact is that the defense every few years has been rebuilt. If the Packers front office can build a consistent defense year by year, being innovative yet tough to run or pass against, then a DYNASTY becomes a realistic possibility!

This is an unintended side effect of the rule changes. They use rookie scales that work just fine ... they use max contracts in other sports. What's the argument for not fixing it?
