- With the Final DLC coming out for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, comes over 200 Returning Pokémon, and HUNDREDS of NEW SHINY HUNTS.
With all of the Starter Pokémon returning in the wild that are able to be found SHINY, I decided to catch a box full of shiny Pokémon exclusively from the Indigo Disk DLC!

18:55 that was one of my favourite parts of those movies! I actually caught a shiny Hydreigon with the destiny mark in this game, and named it after that character!

The flygon catch happened the same way for me, I was hunting vibrava and found flygon and I think Quick ball looks best for it lol

As soon as this DLC launched I immediately started looking for my shiny Flygon she was an female Vibrava and much to my surprise when looking at the mark was an recluse mark extremely rare to get especially for an shiny and it was my very first shiny of the DLC was such an joy battling with her through the story 🥹🥹🥹 caught her in an friendball my beloved partner 🥰🥰🥰✨✨✨

-a few starters
-nothing else the milk took long enough

So far I've gotten the Alcremie family complete, and currently working on the Flabebe family 8/15 with the event. I also got Alolan Vulpix and Ninetales from a cave spawn spot 🥰

Did you do all the different swirl patterns too? I just finished the flabebe line and the litwick line and about to start alcremie and not sure I want to do all the swirl patterns (keeping the outbreaks by staying offline so I still haven’t been able to do union bbq quests lol)
@@Jeshe828 I did not! The shinies all look the same and I didn't have enough sweets for the regular forms (yet). Meanwhile I accidentally got some mystery gifts, unaware that that would also update the outbreak event, so I can't finish the flabebe family 🥲
@@neokonline_ that’s super frustrating! Yeah I figured out the star and ribbon sweets are hard to obtain so I settled with just the 8 milcery. Might visit that again later. I know they aren’t the special shiny outbreaks but you can still reset for flabebe outbreaks to complete the line!
I've only found 2 shinies in the DLC so far, but I don't think any shiny I may find in the future will beat the shiny Minior I found. Not only is it a shiny I've wanted ever since gen 7, but this shiny was my luckiest one ever. The story goes: I was trying to catch a Minior for the dex, but it decided to blow up on me. No big deal, I'll just find another. I encounter the next one just the same since they all look the same in the wild due to their shields. I see the shiny sparkles as the battle starts and only then do I realize I've just found one of my most wanted shinies. And thankfully, since I had just watched one blow up, I wasn't gonna take any chances and knew to throw a Master Ball immediately. And with that the shiny Minior I've wanted for so, so long is finally mine.

You should try to shiny hunt every Pokémon in each biome. It’s area locked until you find all Pokémon in the four biomes

correct me if I'm wrong but for the mathematics in the torchic equation, you would need to calculate the chances of a shiny (1/683) by the mark probability (1/150) along with the probability of being a female (.125 or 1/8) and having the right nature (.04= 1/25) so 683x150x8x25 is one in 20,490,000 which is really close to the answer it had but still from what I did incorrect.
Congrats on all your shinies. I've got shiny beldum for my team and 6 random shinies in the indigo disk while grinding for galarica twigs and BP which are a shiny alolan grimer, rhyhorn, doduo, cottonee, sableye while looking for the scarlet paradox pokemon, and shiny charmander.

I’m not sure of the precise percentage of getting the Torchic it’s odds separately assuming he was using sparking 3 and the shiny charm would be
(1/683)*(1/12.5)*(3/50)*(1/25) =
3/10,671,875
Why is it 3/50 for the mark? But yes I was using sparkling 3 with charm :)

I was on my way to an outbreak and a Tandemaus spawned in front of me. I checked it just in case and it was a shiny. The same thing happened a while ago with Paldean Tauros when I was on my way to a Toedscool outbreak.

Why do people use more ingredients than necessary? Is there an added bonus to using more than 1 ingredient + 2 HM?
No I don’t believe so, but some sandwiches require specific herbas, like 2 spicy and something else, if you don’t have 2 spicy then you can use the other recipe with more ingredients
