Just completed the campaign for the first time and I have to say it is one of the best cods storywise ive played. I really don’t get it why people hated on this game, I really want to know what happened with Logan..

So basically...yeah I know it's a game, but if you wanna use that logic, then they need to tone down many of the "realistic" aspects of the game, because the realistic aspects combined with the ridiculousness of people surviving something that would 100% kill them...makes the game really weird and makes the stupid stuff stick out alot.
Just saying Rorke was a "ghost" doesnt mean much as at no point did the game explain that ghosts had the power to survive anything...it just showed that they were stronger and very tactical on the battlefield*

I just played ghosts for the first time and finished it yesterday. The credits ended and then it was just logan and his brother chillen on the beach watching the end, needless to say I jumped not expecting this ending. Im so mad we wont ever get a part 2 :,(

Rorke got shot in the chest with a .44 magnum and lost conciseness from all the blunt trauma and was underwater with a fucking open wound, then somehow he noclips out of the water and has the strength to break logans arm and drag him. Did rorke take steroids when he was down there

And to add to my previous point, since ghosts wasn't enjoyed as much as the cod before it, the next cod then took on a futuristic approach again as they thought this is what the fans would want, butchered it, so they brought out a black ops 3 in a desperate attempt to win fans back except it was completely unrelated to black ops 1 and 2 because they wanted more futuristic stuff again, not many liked it, so they go infinite warfare and go all out with the future stuff putting us in to space, and it's bye bye call of duty for many. Knowing they have fucked it, they go back to their roots in a world war 2 style game in an attempt to re set. But 1 they overcomplicated the game and ruined the beautiful simplicity of call of duty and 2 people liked modern warfare better than the first 3 for he most part so it seems a bit stupid. Dk what black ops 4 was about. With this huge gap now in the gaming industry gta v managed to stay thriving until 2022 and fortnite making the tactical move of making a free competitive online shooter game changed everythingr in gaming

This ending has been stuck in my brain for years. It seemed so happy, the two brothers on the beach, finally resting. But then it rips the rug from under you and makes for one of the most tragic and memorable in CoD.

It’s really disappointing that we won’t be getting a sequel to this artwork of a campaign, the multiplayer had its flaws but the campaign was one of the best. If treyarc, infinity ward whoever, makes a sequel it’ll sell well just for the campaign alone.

The maps were way too big for a CoD game and combine that with the very low ttk it was just a campers paradise, most people just camped with the ghillie suit and LMG's, the kill streaks were awful, no lock-on rocket launchers. Most of the guns were terrible and you would see the same 2-3 guns on the kill feed.
I swear my bud and I are the only ones alive who still play CoD for story and not just multiplayer. The fact that everyone judges CoD now on it's MP is just sad. This is why we can't have 3D platformers or any other story based games now because society just wants fucking multiplayer and their quickscopes and Popsicles.

People complained that the maps in multiplayer were too big, which is a pretty lame argument imo. There was no reason to hate on Ghosts. It was just a different timeline, since bo2 and mw3 wrapped up their timelines. It's funny because now people see Ghosts wasn't that bad, especially compared to the shit that came after it. Ghosts was the last decent call of duty. ww2 is decent, but I think everyone would be happy if they remastered ww1.

Except that Rorke being alive is utter bullshit? There was only one alcove for him to swim out of, and that would've been the same way Logan and Hesh did, not to mention that a 357 Magnum round would've left a fucking brutal exit wound that should have killed Rorke, or at least keep his lungs from functioning and there for killing him either by drowning, or, even if he did make it out, fill up with blood and drown that way....There's no way Rorke should be alive, Hesh, its a possibility with him. But Rorke, no way.

Didn't expect him to be alive cause I thought that if the bullet didn't kill him, then he probably drowned. I moved cause I remember that a recon team is about to pick us so I start looking for them. Then out of nowhere, the motherf*cker showed up and jumpscared the living sh*t out of me.
If you think back to when Rorke was captured by the federation he was fed poisonous plants and toxins which made him so strong and could endure anything he probably would’ve died from a few shots in the chest he probably would’ve survived the water too

They all FALL 50 feet, LIVE, both Hesh AND RORKE LIVE. All get knocked out and nearly drown, get shot in the chest with a 44 MAGNUM, then Hesh and Logan surviving seconds before drowning. While RORKE takes ANOTHER PATH, that isn't even POSSIBLE, and apparently doesn't DROWN ALSO, and manages to sneak get out to the beach without even being NOTICED, and apparently has the STRENGTH and ENERGY to drag a 200 pound man by HIMSELF all the way to find some FEDERATION guys randomly in the JUNGLE or BEACH, who probably aren't even THERE. Then surviving and not bleeding out, because he obviously has INFINITE BLOOD because he didn't bleed out from the 44 MAGNUM shot to the HEART, takes him to some randomly dug HOLE in the Earth, and feeds him poison and Logan apparently lives.. Can someone tell me the odds of this happening?

Ive been a Battlefield player all my life and Im getting sick of players who dont play their classes properly.
but if you're going to play battlefield let me put this in your mind:
If you're going to play as a medic, DROP MED KITS and REVIVE your fallen teammates.
If you're going to play as a engineer: REPAIR vehicles, DESTROY enemy vehicles, repeat.
If play as Support: DROP AMMO BOXES, people get pissed off if they dont drop ammo boxes. you can usually hear them yell: "I need ammo!" You have infinite ammo. Remember to Supress fire the enemy. If your on a gunfight just spray your bullets the whole area. You dont have to hit, just supress. You will get lots of points by doing that.
For Recon remember to SPOT your enemies. Use the SELECT (or R2, depends on which bf game) button. It seriously helps your teammates to save time to find enemys hiding
Thats some of the basic info you need if you're going to start playing battlefield. goodluck. Remember, all the things you do (drop boxes, supress, repair heal etc.) will get you alot of points!

Right now, I am a CoD and Battlefield player and thank you very much, I can choose my kits properly. I understand the beautiful mechanics to the game and I am a good team play. I choose Mechanic when I'm playing hotwire (repairing my teams car while exploding others), With Support, (Is support the Assault rifle class in BF3?) I am a perfect team player giving my friends ammo when they need it and blasting enemies away when they're badly hurt. With Recon, I always go 400 meters from where I am and shoot the enemies when they're shooting my teammates. I'm interested what Ghost will be. Will we save Logan mid game or will Hesh have to kill him as he will be the antagonist.
It would have been better if the game had two endings depending on your actions: if you shoot rorke in the head then he dies and the war ends, if you just shoot him in the chest the original ending plays, however it was unrealistic how he still survived a fatal gunshot.
But that way, ghosts 2 would be a different story regardless of what you chose , good idea tho

Rorke was shot just above the heart. Chances are the bullet penetrated his lung. If it did, that means it would have damaged some veins leading away from the heart. If Rorke hadn't bled out, there's no way he'd have held his breath to get up to the surface. He would have passed out, and either died from a lung puncture or bled out. Rorke is DEAD!
