Wife says today on our walk “do you think about anything other than the lawn?” Everyday we walk through the neighborhood and it’s hard not to just think out loud about other lawns and what you can see going on with them. Truly is a great addiction. Love the creativity you are coming up with! Keep it up!

I’m recovering from spinal fusion surgery and walking 4 miles through the neighborhood every morning and every evening. With all this road time I’m meeting more and more neighbors. The look on their faces when they connect me to my property is classic. It’s quickly followed by: (1) oh yes, we know your place. The grass is awesome!” (2) “you’re the reason I spent all this money on turf. My wife was constantly nagging me about your yard versus mine!” (3) “dude, could you quit showing off, it’s killing me.” (4) and finally, my wife responding to my sister’s comment that I need to take it easy with my back and quit trying to keep up with the Jones’s. “Hell, he is the Jones’s!” 🤣
Always a good feeling being that "guy" with the grass in the neighborhood lol

Add me to the Lawn creeper peeker list. Everytime I start talking about my lawn I see my wife's eyes glaze over and that blank stare appears again. My neighbors think I'm insane but that's alright with me because I know everyone of you reading this totally gets it. Got to go, time for another mow job.

I'm not in your league, but my lawn is a priority and I have to mow every 3 days in spring and about 5 to 6 in summer. I water as well. No stripe kit. Yet. Picking up new tips tho and going to up my game. My adult sons are the same and their wives blame me. 😂😂

I tell my lady “I’m going to zip zip the front real quick” as im walking out the door to the garage, LoL. If I do a quick mow on my front yard (5,000sq ft) it takes me about 20 minutes, that’s just mow.
