Great haul! So that Star Wars VHS box set is the 1995 "Faces" or "One Last Time..." box set that Fox put out before the Special Editions were released in theatres. So that was the last chance to own the pre-Special Edition versions of the movies before the Special Editions came out. Each tape opens with a preview for the movies, and an interview with George Lucas conducted by Leonard Maltin, with each tape containing a section of the interview that pertains to that particular movie. So yes, the original actor who played Anakin in Return of the Jedi is on there, there's the original music for Jabba's Palace and the ending celebration in Return of the Jedi, the original Darth Vader/Emperor conversation in The Empire Strikes Back, and Han shoots first in Star Wars. I have that box set in my collection, and that's the edition of the trilogy that my dad owned when I was a kid, and how I saw the original trilogy for the first time when I was only nine years old. Oh and the main character in I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer is played by Brooke Nevin, who played Rachel in the Nickelodeon TV show adaptation of the Animorphs book series by K.A. Applegate.
This will be last time brought physical media on Walmart, Got across the spider verse as exclusive steel book and Prey! That one surprise me out of nowhere.
when i was 12 i saw the ring in theaters in nov 02 & then darkness falls in jan of 03...my life was forever changed haha. darkness falls is my bye bye man haha. its so bad its good! richard linklater is one of my faves & i was so happy to see you pick up before sunset! my favorite in trilogy! truly beautiful magical films. i rewatch them every few years & i always get the warm & fuzzies like no other....hopefully you find the first film soon
You certainly picked up some great stuff. I like 80s retro. I was on ebay the other day and found a Sony Walkman from 1982. Id love a sealed VHS version of Back to the Future but its difficult to get hold of.
The thrift store is awesome I just got this 2 disk thrill ride edition for final destination 3 and it has this “choose there their fate” version and you can like change the course of the film and so many bonus features!
@@KylieRoseanne I love it haha I had no idea James Wan was behind so many of my fav horror films, I love the audio commentary special feature and I love your career deep dive + ranking on James Wan
The intro with you and your bf was hilarious! 🤣Always love these bonus videos on here and you found some great stuff. I also was really into Tom & Jerry when I was younger and that specific DVD you found brought some flashbacks. I believe I have that exact DVD but it came in a completely different type of case. Not sure what's it's called exactly but I gotta check. Though it could also be a different Tom & Jerry DVD since I have a few others besides that one. These videos are always such a fun treat and I'm glad we're getting content on the second channel again. Thanks as always Kylie!
all of linklater's before series is worth watching, waking life & his first film slacker are non narrative but damn good for what they are. trippy/philosophical.
that intro lmao wow, great finds!!! I feel like Halloween-time thrifting is the move, they have all the spooky stuff out!! I end thrifting last week and they already had holiday stuff out lol
Holy shit! I saw the Star Wars trilogy VHS at a Goodwill a decade ago but didn't know at the time I should get it. Never seen them since. But they weren't complete/pristine like THIS though. Instant induction into the Haul of Fame. Veeeery nice. *golf clap*
SubURbia (1996) is an underrated Richard Linklater indie flick with Giovanni Ribisi, Steve Zahn, Parker Posey and Nicky Katt.. Boyhood is another interesting one because he filmed it for 11 years, so watching the actors age is extremely fascinating.. but you truly can't go wrong with any of his films..
Awesome haul! Ventura looks fun! And holy shit, I actually have that exact VHS collection of the original trilogy. Mine even has the coupon book you got too! Love them cuz they were the last physical releases of the pre-special edition versions that George Lucas made. And Tom and Jerry? Forget about it! That was my childhood right there! Also I liked that mug you found that said mommy’s little shits lol that would be another funny nickname for the cult members hahaha thanx again for blessing us with another awesome haul!
Interesting now that you have two Scooby Doo T-Shirts. You were wearing one on the top 50 video. Interesting that you could not remember that you had one. I get like that sometimes, but you’re only 24. 😁 Oh, since you started checking out thrift shops I started going with my granddaughter. I’ve been to Venture a few times. One of my daughters lived there for ten years. I know that pier too. A good haul. Yes that dress is very nice. Looks good on you and comfy too.
Physical media will never get old ! Love to see the vlog videos . Nothing like checking a thrift store for movies .
I fuckin love you buddy, sending the good vibes Austin 💪 🍻

Bell, Book, and Candle unopened?! I’m jealous!! I love 50s movies and I love witch movies! So when they are put together….it’s perfect!
I enjoyed "darkness falls". It's an evil twist on the Tooth Fairy.

I hadn’t thought about it but good idea!

So jealous of some of these places you thrift at. I have a couple of spots but they're nothing like this. Nice haul.
