The creepers be creepin’ and it makes me feel weird when I get those comments on FB as well. I love all your ornament finishes. You do a beautiful job. I also enjoy seeing all the patterns you are working on. Have fun at your retreat!
Had to laugh about the 20# box of stuffing, as I was using a 5# box while watching you! Can only imagine how big a 20# box can be. Happy stuffing! Always enjoy your finishes & WIPS.
I love your channel! Your sweet personality (and gorgeous hair.) So many darling ornaments. You are a thoughtful and talented person. 😇 Have a good time at the retreat!🎉
Oh wow, 20 pounds of polyfill!! That is like a lifetime supply! 🤣 Have a great time at your retreat. I would love to go to one sometime. I have never been to one.
Hi Michelle, As always, I love your channel. Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful finishes and pieces that you are working on. I really like the Mystery Make-Along boxes and will try to find online. Be blessed and keep stitching......Alberta from Southern, MD.....☃☃☃
When I started watching your video I saw someone in the comments remark about 20 pounds and I have to tell you I was imagining that you were going to say that was how much your big snowman stand-up weighed when you finished stuffing it! 🤣 Loved seeing all of your ornaments! I've had to stand on a chair before when I was making a long piece of cording and have called my husband in for help to keep it from tangling.
Michelle, I was just watching one of your older videos, where you were talking about enlarging your working copies to make them easier to see (Away We Ride)..... I have also figured out to go down / across those borders that change colors and highlight the spot where the color changes so that I don't miss that change (especially if the symbols are not significantly different). It has saved me from having to rip out areas where I missed that change. I always end up with a huge, taped-together working copy of Blackbird, especially. Mostly due to the way they sometimes spread their charts over 3-4 pages - it's hard to follow those gray overlap areas sometimes. I ended up restarting this one also - need to get back to it.
Wow….you amaze me. I got 9 ornaments stitched in January but not fully finished. I am also doing a variety of seasons for my ornaments for fun. On to February I go. There are trolls in about a dozen flosstubers that I have discovered so far. So frustrating for everyone.
I did the same thing with the Amazon poly fil.. it is in the middle of my craft room..and then when I cut the tape to use some of it.. it exploded. I think it has grown over my head. Looks like a big cloud in there. Thanks for sharing. Let me know if you need some poly fil. Ha. Thanks for sharing
You get so many things FFO-ed I'm surprised you have to "schedule" more FFO time! I thought you were doing a great job of getting things FFO-ed! I never FFO, and as a result I have close to 60 finished pieces just sitting there waiting, with more on the way😔 I loved your Birds of a Feather cut through house ornament and your PS Christmas tree ornaments too. The Penpals ornaments are adorable and that fabric you stitched them on is gorgeous! Have a great time at the retreat! I'm looking forward to hearing all about it!
So much amazing inspiration! Have fun at the MB retreat! I was signed up but had to cancel due to life stuff. I live in SC. I think it will be a great retreat!
Lmao!!! 20 pounds of poly Fil! That’s a lot(but I guess I don’t have to tell you!). How about Prairie Schooler Santas on 7 count Klostern and make into pillows or stand ups? That requires quite a bit of stuffing!
Loving this video. I wouldn't have a place for 20lb box of pollyfill either. Lol. Have fun in Myrtle Beach. I live in S.C. about 2 1/2 hours from Myrtle beach
WOW!!!! You have mass produced some fantastic finishes! I'm amazed! I love your redo of your first stitch bunny! The bunny! The fabric! The story your bunny tells! Love it!!! Have fun at your retreat!
I adore your videos. Such a fun to hear you and watch your wips and ffos. You give great ideas, shows new colours fabrics etc...your stitchings on dark fabrics had inspired me. Thanks again for sharing your time with us.
Hey love your ornaments. And I believe you will get the 52 ornaments done. I'm stitching all the Santas from the Prarie Schooler. Going to make them into pillows for bowl fillers. Love your videos. Happy Stitching!
I live in Myrtle beach and signed up for the retreat but I had to cancel 😢. I would have loved to meet you. You will love barefoot needle art retreats they do such a great job and the 2 owners are fabulous. It’s a very low key retreat and go check out their shop you will be in stitcher paradise. Have a great time.
So many cute ornaments already & it's only January! It will be fun to see what you stitch! I'm not much of a Spring stitcher either, I'm a red & black person & pastel just doesn't go very well. I've been enjoying PS Merry Mini's! Have a great time at the retreat, it would be fun to meet you & Staci.
Your stitching is beautiful, and I love yiour finishes. OMG! I can not stop laughing, (sorry but it is hysterical) 20# of fiberfuill, I can't even imagine. Enjoy the retreat, I cant wait to see the treasures you bring back
I was laughing so hard when you were talking about the polyfil 😂 during Covid I needed tissue paper and just added some on Amazon…it was a bulk listing 🤦🏼♀️ I am still using that tissue paper 🤣🤷🏼♀️
20 lbs of polyfill! I laughed so hard - and your explanation was delightful! I needed that laugh. ( not at you, just because I've done similar things). Love your projects and cloth colors! Enjoy your retreat and all the stitchers! Hugs
I am so bummed that I missed the Myrtle Beach Retreat! I'm in Wilmington NC just up the road.... I don't want to miss those here in NC or SC! Love watching you and hope one day will get to meet you someday. Love you finishes.....Take care
hi Michelle. I settled down to watch you today after a particularly rough day, thank you for sharing stitchy goodness and happiness. I feel much better now. im still on the ornaments too since xmas...and going through my old jcs magazines too. thanks again for what you do.
I love that Flosstube can be a reprieve from our daily struggles! It’s the same for me! A nice break from everything else and just focus on the stitching! Hope tomorrow is a better day!
Hello Michelle from Quebec Canada. love your channel. You are going to have so many beautiful ornaments. I can only work on 1 at a time - maybe 2 sometimes until they are finished. Have tried to work on several at a time, just does not work for me - but everything will get done at some point. Take care and have a great week.
20 lis. yikes! Cute finishes, nice fabrics, floss changes, trims ... I like that blue fabric for SWTH. I also like 3" fabric allowance on most, better too much than too little. I'm a hoot & my hubby doesn't know yet either! LOL
The scammers are the worst, I've had some creepy comments but no princes yet, fingers crossed! Great stitches and patterns as always, thanks for sharing your humor and creativity with us
I have a hard time with finding bright spring charts too. Have you looked at Satsuma Street spring charts? She usually use fairly bright colors. While watching this flosstube I was thinking- "wow, I would love to raid her pattern stash" on that note I lost track of how many times I had to pause and go search for a chart you showed.
Awesome finishes!! I’m still laughing at the polyfill box! Can’t wait to see you tomorrow!! And umm, if you would just accept the Saudi Prince, you could double date with me and my Prince from Dubai 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for sharing your stitching and life with us! I wish I was flying out with 911stitcher this week! Maybe when my kids are older😊. Have so much fun!! Let us know next month how many ornaments you stitched in January!
Cross Stitch Stash has Cricket’s Companion Spring on their site for sale if you are looking for it. I browsed their site and bought a couple of things. They have a lot. I wish the spammers would put their energy and time toward something constructive like getting a REAL job!! They are everywhere and so frustrating…………. Loved all of your finishes and WIPs!
Hi Michelle! So many adorable finishes I love them all. You do such a great job finishing, thank you for sharing! FYI when you pronounce Gervais, the s is silent. I honestly thought you’d want to know its not m intention to be critical at all. Take care luv ya!
I live alone and stitch a lot and don't see as much progress as you. How do you do it? As for those creepy men, I recently "won a prize" and because of flosstubers like you, I had been forewarned, so I clicked the three vertical dots to the right of the message, reported it as spam to YT, & deleted the message.
Love all your projects!! Amazing. 52 ornaments in 2023... I can't wait to see them. Enjoy your retreat ☺️

20lbs was a little much 🤣

Learn from me…20lbs is ridiculous!!! 😂😂😂😂
Happy weekend That’s so thoughtful of you, Thanks for your positive review,How are you and how’s the weather over there?
Could you comment in a video how do you decide which count to use with such and such number of stitches for the size of the ornaments?
Yes for sure! Mainly I look at stitch count- and try to look at what fabrics I have available
Happy weekend Ana, That’s so thoughtful of you, Thanks for your positive review,How are you and how’s the weather over there?
Can I ask what the name of the magazine group on FB is? I can’t seem to find any.
Nancy’s magazine group
Fun video 😺
20 pounds! 😂😂 On your 18 count do you stitch 1 over 1? I am working up to going tiny, getting better glasses! 😂
It depends on the fabric - if it’s an ornament, sometimes I use 2 strands on 18 count so it stands out more
