Pretty sure you're looking at boot technology built to assist AFL players kick goals - accustrike helps to keep it from coming off the "side of the boot".
These boots actually do what they claim to do but the effects aren’t really obvious for soccer as the technique for striking / kicking generally is so different compared to rugby/ Australian rules football.
You would only really notice the difference in power in soccer if you were to hit a front/ top of the foot volley.
When you kick a drop punt, banana or torpedo in Aussie rules you want to hit the top of the foot (area between the rails) to get max distance and punch.
I have definitely noticed that with the new halo + miskicks will tend to be more likely to carry and hold their line compared to when I use my tiempos.
Also comes off the boot with faster exit velocity and it’s easier for me to kick 50m consistently compared to the tiempos.
I still prefer the tiempos overall however because sometimes it feels very hard to judge the weighting of the kick because of the extra punch you get when using the concaves, I often am surprised with over hitting short passes.

On the concave boots,not something I will wear but I do see these a pair of football boots that will be found on a Burlington,Ross or TJ max Department stores a few months down the line lol
Just glad they remove that terrible plastic wedge even though I feel the price tag is questionable and seems like a pair of football boots that is comfortable even though I agree with the things they claims that are laughably gimmicky

Hey JumboJet, I recently got the Diadora Brasil Tech (the cheaper one with the one piece collar) and I'm very suprised by them. They are full leather which is rare these days and feel quite responsive. Definitely a competitor to the Copa Pure.1.
They seem still to be a current model, would love to see a review on them.

Do you think that NB Tekela V4 pro+/just the normal pro is good for AG as the studs doesn't seem too aggressive and long
I have them and there have been no issues on AG. But I've also had a friend tear their ACL in them so take that with a pinch of salt.

I've had a couple pair of concaves before and I was definitely a fan. Whether they actually done what they claimed, I dunno. But they fit like a Merc and looked awesome. These....they're giving Adidas Gamemode for me 😐
