Don't ask me what could this mean now we see that girl in the introduction of the story, who are we to her and how does she relates to the Court of Pavantae? Because i have no idea myself, frankly.
I do wonder if she is one of the Threnodian Overseer in the past, and what were the researchers trying to revive with Retroact Rain?.
