Super jealous! When the Taurus was first shown, I IMMEDIATELY fell in love. It's still on my list of top-wanted blasters just for the sake of owning one. Great vid as always man!
I spent my winter holiday break sick, but I'm much better now. I hope you and yours are doing well. It has been great seeing these Nerfy videos from you lately.
Mine is mounted on the wall in my office above the light switch. Dan gave it to me at Foamcon 2 years ago. I think the printed collet design I just came up with for my revised SCAR barrel should really help retain the barrel more securely. Maybe I can get around to remixing the muzzle piece for mine to retain the barrel that way.
Just a thought. The space at the front behind the red front piece and the priming piece looks like a great space to add something to secure the barrel to and attach to the carbon fiber rods.
The CF rods are "floating" so that wouldn't be a good spot. If anything, I think maybe a modified design of the front-most top rail would help. A piece that wraps around the barrel and houses 2 or more grub screws to pinch the barrel and hold it in place maybe.
@@pSykSG Ah, gotcha. Then, yes, supports to and perhaps through the top rail would be the best option. Great blaster and glad you have it in your collection!
Yep, I know. Many other blasters, especially those with the Vanguard dogbone rams, have the same feature - not just the Nexus Pro. I’m just pointing it out in this video because I’m focused on the Taurus.
@@OZTutohthats the last thing to worry about on the XLS, first, plunger tube breaks or comes already broken, then pusher likes to break if you snag and try to chamber a dart incorrectly.
@@willpresley9472 I waited 2 months and got pissed. Tried contacting them multiple times across multiple channels... and gave up. I decided to open a case in the resolution centre on PayPal and what do you know? My items magically arrived 2 weeks after the case was raised.
Dreams do come true.
Yes, they do!

Agreed, 100%
Holding 1 at EndWar'19, it went from want... WANT... need... NEED! as I slowly primed it and fired a dart.
@@PirateJohnsonMaybe one day I'll add one to the, as Bobololo dubs it, *cue crappy French accent* "Cybran Signature Collection"
@@CW22_YT @Pirate Johnson - wow you guys.
Very nice blaster. I'm glad you have your hands on it.
Homelee!!!
It's good to hear from you man, how you been?
Also - thank you :)

Oh sick yeah that may actually help!
This blaster really is an amazing piece.
nice, you got Taurus! Gratz!
Yes I got it!
I'm mad proud!
Kinda surprised ANY1 got 1. Glad you got it.
Thank you Pirate! :)

Kinda love the system, makes it way more compact!
The system is mad crazy!
you can insert and remove the mag on the Nexus Pro without priming with the full length mags as well

@@pSykSG good video!
I myself use full lengths, so the Taurus sounds ideal. I was disappointed to hear the lynx was half length only. If I ever can I’ll get one.
Well.... I used to explicitly use blasters that could handle both full and half length darts....
until the Lynx. Give it a shot. You'll be surprised.
nice one psyk
Thank you!
Before the xshot pro longshot
Yeah, I was looking at the longshot wondering how reliable an o-ring around a barrel would be. It seems to be okay here.

So ... Why is that Lynx looking so much more beefier than normal?
Actually I wanna own that legendary blaster too 🥰, me also own 3 Lynx blasters
❤
Thank you, Dan!

Nfstrike is terrible, it's no surprise you had to file a dispute with them.
I’ve been waiting a month on my shipment and it still says pending... how long does it take? I’ve never ordered from them

@@pSykSG I can’t remember if I used PayPal but I’ll wait a little longer then try to dispute it
