@@deborahb.gerken5837 It is a Great floorplan! We fell in Love with it almost immediately after we first stepped through the door. We’ve been looking for a long time and we left the lot knowing we were going to buy that camper once we found the truck to pull it.
Congrats on your 187RB. Ours is a 2022 and love it. We found the lower cabinet in the bath handy as a dirty clothes hamper. Also made a 1/2 size sink cover so you can still use the sink and have more counter space. Enjoy!
@@bertie-the-explorer It’s funny that you mention those things. When we decided to switch from a truck camper to an around 20’ travel trailer, I asked my wife what she had to have. She told be a walk around bed, plenty of storage and a sink that’s usable. I obviously also wanted some things, so when we walked into this model, we realized it checked a lot of the boxes and acted pretty quick on ordering it. We can’t wait to explore Arkansas! Just watching videos from others we follow, it looks beautiful!
I love this camper! I think the sink is nice, but a bit overkill, using up all the counter space. I would like it to be half the size, leaving room on the counter for a coffee maker. I wish it had a sliding barn door on the bathroom instead of a swinging door. I also wonder if a person could remove the front panel of the under-bed storage area and put a couple big baskets under there for easier access to things? Those are just my thoughts...but overall, I LOVE the size of this unit, the storage it has, all the big windows, and the great way it looks inside and out! Thanks for sharing!
@@cruisepuppy The sink is really nice being the size it is when it’s time to wash the dishes. You could buy something that fits in the sink to cover part of it for more counter space and still have use of the sink. No way to put a barn door for the bathroom. Some use a curtain. And, you can definitely take the panel off and make it more accessible. Hope these ideas help! I appreciate your kind words. Have a great day!
@@exploringquests thank you - could I ask where do you put YOUR coffee maker? After owning this and traveling in it for a while now, would you buy it again? I would enjoy a video from you about the things you like best, the things you would change if you could, and some of the ways you've organized it or made updates to it? Hope to see more videos from you on this camper! :)
@@cruisepuppy We like to boondock mostly, so we use a percolator on the stove. I did tell my wife, since we are staying at sites with hookups more often right now because of the heat, I will be taking our regular coffee maker. I’ll put it on the stove cover because we always cook our breakfast on the griddle outside…at least for now. When it gets colder I will probably put it on the sink cover I’m going to purchase in the near future that only covers half of the sink. Or it could go on the dinette table if we don’t have the grandkids with us. Also, I plan to put a fold down counter extension at the end of the countertop that could also be a place to put it. I would 1000% buy this camper again. Every time we go out, we always say how it’s the perfect camper for us and couldn’t be happier. I appreciate you telling me what you would like to see in future videos. I will definitely try and put together a video in the near future that has the things you are asking for. Thanks for watching, and hopefully I can make some videos that you can enjoy!
Thanks for the tour. This is on my wife and I's very short list. A couple questions. I assume this is a short queen (75") does the plywood under the mattress support the entire mattress or does it hang over the edges? Also, about how much awning width is to the left of the door? We'd like the option of dragging the park picnic table under the awning and not having to pack a canopy for that. Thanks!
@@cablebandit The tour is my pleasure! It is a short queen and the plywood supports all but about an inch or so of the mattress. You could put a full queen mattress on there, but it may make it hard to walk around the side of the bed on the kitchen side. I just went and measured and there is about 6 feet to the left of the door and the awning goes out 8 feet. I hope this info helps! If you have anymore questions, feel free to reach out!

Love it! Thanks for making me jealous of the improvements.
This is the remote version higher end model. Very nice easy to tow with 1/2 ton trucks. Tounge weight is easy to mange. The ultra light versions 8 foot wides are easy with 1/2 ton trucks just gotta watch the tounge weight on afew models, they jump up faster when loaded. This model is easy to manage and very well built. Roomy enough for me. I hate pulling 30 foot rigs with a back busting 3/4 ton truck!
We actually went to the dealer to look at the Remote and fell in Love with this one! It’s the perfect size for us! We’ve been looking for a few years now. Our 1/2 ton pulls it just fine. We are very pleased with this rig!
@@jaylohrengel34 I plan on adding a pop up counter. Already checked it out and shouldn’t be too much work. Definitely plenty of storage. We just packed it up for a 10 day trip and have more than enough for all of our things.
Thank You! Everything you see in the video besides the power front jack comes standard on this camper. It comes with 200 watts of solar on the roof, and we added another 200 watt panel, upgraded the charge controller and added lithium batteries. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.
@@ericj810 Being that it’s a 1/2 ton truck, you definitely know it’s back there on rougher roads, but there is no lack of power when pulling on good roads it’s very smooth and comfortable.
@@ericj810 I haven’t been in anything too steep yet, but the ones I did hit in upper Michigan this weekend, the truck had no issues. The turbo does great to give you the power when needed.

Actually there is a place. If you look in the video where I’m showing the kitchen, just to the right of the upper cabinets has a backer board for the TV mount and the power supply is mounted on the right side of the uppers as well. I haven’t added one yet, but hopefully soon. 🙂
I like everything about this floorplan, especially the frig, storage, island bed! Really fine

I love the big sink. Rare in this style camper
