First BDA should beautify inside BBSR, some roads are drastic, too much crowding by hawkers and vendors..allocate proper shops on wide roads with lower rentals and a big land allocation and its development for all smaller business like vegetables, pulses,all daily items with proper parking..this will avoid too much congestion within city and give good look to the city..BDA should be very proactive..PLZ LEARN A LESSON FROM FOOLISHNESS OF BANGALORE.IF THEY WOULD HAVE PLANNED INFRASTRUCTURE NICELY WITH A PROPER PROJECTION, THE CITY WOULD HAVE GLITTERED..
Plan the city with a population growth projection and where and to permit any big companies so that it does not face a traffic mess

This is a flop idea....rural areas are well off with ample green cover, bagicha, pokhari, padiya, mandira, smashan.....when BDA takes these rural areas its massive destructrion of trees, ponds dried, open ground encroached, mandira demolished, smashan bulldozed.....and then rural areas are given poor roads and street lights to be happy. Where are our five basic elements of rural areas. Go to any rural areas and you will feel blessed.
