Setting adhesive to glass mobile replacement windshield

You can’t see it because it was off camera to the right but rain was moving in fast. It was amazing to feel the temperature drop as it was coming in. I was racing to install this glass. No glass technician wants to get caught in that sort of situation.
I prefer to set adhesive to glass when I can. I believe It’s more like from the factory that way. I had to change adhesive packs but normally can shoot with one pack and have only one seam in the seal.
On taller trucks I need a small step up going around the hood when using this setting tool. My rock chip repair kit is in a heavy duty case and makes for an excellent step at that spot.
