Galen Leather uses "X" for "in collaboration with", so the pen isn't called "Narwhal X", but it's a "Narwhal X Galen". They use the same system - sometimes with "Galen" first - for other collaboration pens, e.g. Galen X Studyo Agackakan.
I am a big sports fan, so when I see musical collaborations, I always say "v" and it mostly works out. "Chvrches v Hayley Williams". It's a tremendous song, and it would a killer sports match.
Oh my goodness. Saw this as part of a group of Narwhal pens being reviewed by Mike and my eyes popped (OUCH!). I love a cool Demo. I LOVE Rose Gold. I love the fact that 100% of the hardware is that Rose Gold. I love that the band here is just stamped with the original Narwhal name. So the pen is now $59 USD AND it comes with a Galen leather pen pouch ($19 but free with the pen)! Deal for certain. I have three of the Nautilus Ebonite pens and love them. So what’s not to like here. I ordered this in Medium immediately! Lovely review, as always. Thanks.
Thanks for a great review; I have this pen on order from Galen and I was interested in watching this. I haven't received my pen yet, but I am looking forward to writing with it. Very nice choice of ink.
I have 5 Narwhals and love them all. This is a new finish that I will have to get. All of my pen wrote well and were wet right out of the box. I heartily recommend them!
I haven't had a chance to play with a Narwhal as yet, but I do like what they are doing with their pens. The Nautilus is just awesome, and I want want want a Peter Draws pen! ❤

I can understand Narwhal expanding their lineup but what draws me to Narwhal's is the coloration of the acrylic mix they use. Thanks for the review.

I immediately went and bought this. It is gorgeous, and I love the Narwhal I already have. I can't wait! I hadn't seen anything about this pen before.
