We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️
Hey, Sam. I really enjoy your videos. I was a professional sea cook for many years and am good enough to know when l see somebody who is also good. I am bedridden a lot this year with cancer and your videos help me get through, so thank you.
Take care my friend.
Blessings and remission❤
sending you strength and praying for you. keep going 🙏🏼
God Bless you Jon. Hang in there brother.
I must admit that you are the only Cooking channel I watch. Been watching you for a solid 3 years.
My passion is cooking, you inspire me to try new recipes.
Thank you.
Glad to see someone who loves Water Chestnuts as much as I do!
I know they're almost tasteless...
But the texture and crunch just makes them so fun to eat!
We had shrimp fried rice and dumplings just this last week. It was so good! I defrosted the dumplings, browned them in a bit of oil, then added 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Covered with a lid and steamed while I made the shrimp fried rice. Easy and so good!
I have to say that this is one of my favorite videos from you guys. It is all about having things in your freezer and creating culinary magic! Thank you! 😊
As someone who works a lot, works out and food preps, I appreciate this episode! I have Fallowed you for years, you’re the man Sam!
The Mahi Mahi with cauliflower rice is Keto/low carb friendly! Thank you Sam! Love videos like these, I'm 100% going to spend more time in the frozen section!
I’ve been watching you for many years Sam!! Love your videos! Always mouth watering and entertaining. Love it when Max gets in the mix.
Back to the Roots of Sam the Cooking guy!
Easy enough But Super Delicious and Affordable 👍😉👊👏👏👏
7:58 Yes. Definitely get frozen vegetables. You can always have broccoli or whatever on hand and never have to worry about it going bad or running out of it.
Love the vids. I just made the peanut butter chicken from a few vids ago, it is delicious. I would love to see more curry type recipes that you can eat with rice.
I love short-cut meals like this!
Loved the Video! I have been making your South Western Egg Benedict with the Chorizo and Avocado for Years!! I will definitely be trying these! 😮😂
4:27 - 4:30.... 😚 Lovin' it!!!!!! 😘
Do a throwback and use a roll of paper towels as a napkin
Love the combination of the five dishes! Been using frozen vegetables quite a bit during the winter. Love the varieties and as you said no must no fuss! Can't wait to try the stroganoff with the meatballs That's number one on my list! 😎
Hey guys love your channel!! I think I have watched every episode!! 😂 keep up the great content
This is the first video I have missed watching as soon as it comes out in a long time and I’m sad. Also Big up to the sons of Sam for giving me a heart on my comment. I meant it that’s what y’all need to give away. peace be with you, and I mean that in the most unreligious way possible
Would you mind doing more variety type videos like this down the road. This was awesome. Thank you!
Wow!
Great job Sam and the Boys!
I love videos like this!
Well done!
Eggs Benny is my all time fav breakfast, sometimes even for a light dinner. I will for sure try this one. Thanks, Sam for this great recipe
Thanks! 🙏❤️🙂
My mouth was watering!😊
Really liked this episode ✌️👍
bow chica bow bow ... love it!
The Asian beef stroganoff looks and sounds killer.
I'm trying it.❤
Sam, nice, nice job on mixing it up one this one. Thanks!
OMG! Thanks Sam! Love the fact that the last 3 are on my diet for 2025. Love the channel!
The "Christopher Walken" Impression was not really that bad. Nice job Sam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love you but I’m craving butter and syrup with this. Maybe as a side . You’re kicken ass! Keep it up!
2:39 “who doesn’t love a little morning breakfast sausage…” 😆
9:30 I kinda thought your oven dumplings looked terrible and then you didn't even take a bite of it. Lol. I guess you agree.
😂
I Love Sam The Cooking Guy Vids 💜✌🏻
Smart
Dumplings and fried rice is my favorite
Good to see you back after your news earlier in the week. All the best Sam!
I’m definitely making the waffle, egg, sausage breakfast!!
Love the channel. I am a Chef, and the only item I cannot enjoy are water chestnuts. They taste like almost nothing, except compressed sand discs. 😂
0:47 breakfast - Benedict spin
6:03 lunch - fried rice
9:37 lunch - sheet pan shakshouka
13:05 cauliflower rice and fried fish
17:51 Asian inspired beef stroganoff
If you add enough water to a pan to cover the bottom and then add the mondu and then cover and let steam until the water is gone and then keep cooking the mondu on the same side until it is crispy you have steamed mondu on one side and crispy mondu on the other. Way better than oven mondu.
Sam Is A Cooking Genius For Real 👍🏻
Yay 🙌 a new video! ❤
Looks Super Delicious Sam 😋🤤😋🤤
Cheers fam!
How about making some Honey Mustard Chicken? I haven't seen a good recipe for that yet.
Good suggestion!
You just recently got me to change to kosher salt... It's a simple thing, but definitely an improvement.... Thanks
God, I love a 20+ minute STCG video.
This stuff looks really good but my favorite part was when you moved the dumplings from a small baking sheet to a bigger baking sheet!😂
Hashbrown waffles would be amazing with that breakfast recipe 😍
I Love Swai From Vietnam So Tender and Yummy 😋🤤🐠🐟🤤😋🐟🐠😋🤤🐠
Cauliflower rice is usually mushy and I know people want to just take it straight from the freezer which is what we’re doing here so you’ve gotta deal with that if you can put it on a sheet tray, spread it out as thin as possible and let it dry out in your fridge For at least overnight especially if you’re going to try to do a cauliflower fried rice because you’re looking for low-carb I promise you I salted a little bit and almost dry brine it, but then I put a paper towel underneath it and over it so all of the moisture that it leches is absorbed by the paper toweland I try to go for about 24 hours. It sucks I know that’s that’s planning a meal but if you wanna live that lifestyle you have to plan and then it cooperates a little better as far as the dishes concerned that way you don’t end up with mush
I love quick and easy when we are working and the kids have school.
No time to make it from scratch.
These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs...
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed…
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. - Do not over mix or it will separate!!!!!!!!!!
Put mixture in eggs - I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers...
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.
Delicious Ideas😋
Peace and Love To You Sam ☮️💟
Clearly the song to reference Sam is “Rock the casbah”
OK I love your channel and I watch you all the time. But if you are going to call it a Benedict it needs to have hollandaise sauce... I have no idea what that milk cheese sauce was, I make that sauce for mac n cheese 😂
It could certainly benefit from a drizzle of maple syrup.
QUICK SIMPLE DELICIOUS
2:38 pause 😂😂😂
21 minutes of constant smiling? Priceless!
Have you done good gluten free recipes?
Lovin the Asian Stroganoff - great combo!
Looks delicious
what is the purpose of a roux (sp?)... arent there alot of sauces that you can just pour into the pan and go??
Dude I was just thinking the other day if someone had ever put a burger on a waffle with sauce. I love vegan chorizo eggs Benedict and want something with more protein
I swear! At 13:39 AS YOU WERE SPEAKING... I said, "that sounds like Christopher Walken".
Ohhhhh Canada! that all looks great.
Might just have to make a few of those
Love your channel! i have a recipe i would like to see you do.
How can i send to you?
Thanks Sam, I had a terrible day at work and you made me laugh. I appreciate that!
Regional dish recipe (Halifax, NS)
Donair - A Canadian east-coast specialty
Donair Meat:
2 pounds medium ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
½ cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp sweet paprika
3 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
¾ tsp cayenne pepper
Sweet garlic sauce:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup white vinegar
Additional ingredients:
Pita bread (warmed)
Finely diced white onion
Diced tomato
For the meat, using hands or mixer, incorporate all spices with ground beef and minced garlic. Make sure and mix very well. Form into a loaf pan (like you would meatloaf) and cook at 300 degrees for about 2 hours. Cool. Slice thin and heat on the flat-top when ready to eat.
To make the sweet garlic sauce, mix all ingredients until thickened. Easiest way is to add everything into a jar, close the lid, and shake until it forms a thick sauce.
Place the hot, sliced beef in the warm pita, top with the finely diced white onion, diced tomato and the sweet garlic sauce. Add parsley, if desired and fold to eat!
You had me with everything you were doing up until the frozen meatball. I have never had a good frozen meatball from the store. #bringbackletitdoitsthing
16:36
Where can I source that yellow lime!? Don't have those in Europe. 🤪
Mmmmmm, well done Sam
This vid was a great concept overall, but if I ever was served a waffle Benedict, it would be returned to the kitchen lol. English Muffins are also on the frozen aisle. Never heard of a sweeeeet Benedict, savory all the way.
Love some Sam vid mid week !! Reid in Ottawa Canada
You had me at Nat Kong Cole!
Perch,Cod,Haddock, Whaley Snapper what's the best way to cook the fish on the stove top any ideas
I air fry my meatballs to get more of the browning around the meat.
I'll have to give the frozen fish a try. I always just pass them by. Thanx
13:37 That was a spot on Christopher Walken. I knew it was Mr. Continental before Sam said anything
Thanks!
Sam with the pipes!
I do have a recipe for you. It’s only two ingredients and I would love you to try it. I’ve had it a couple times and it’s not actually pretty good. It is grape jelly and frozen meatballs that you would get in the frozen aisle you put it all in a crockpot and you let it cookfor about 45 hours
This recipe has been around for years. And I’d not cook it for 45 hours. It will be dead. LOL😊
@ I meant 4 to 5 hours
with a drizzle of honey, syrup.
That Christopher Walken impression might need more cowbell, lol.
bro. if you can’t keep your kitchen clean, i don’t know what to say.
start at 1:23 and look through to 1:53.
What I want as a video is "what to do with the 28 boneless/skinless thighs I just bought from Costco" and in a form factor I don't get bored with. Yes, I agree I could do the research myself but lots of us get that 2.5 kg pack from Costco.... show us!
those recipes are great, but I aint taking any precooked frozen meat full stop. That cauli looks delish.
MY MAN SAM!!!
Always look forward to stoner Sams amazing dishes. Love you EH! LOLOL
Hummm... lime is yellow in san diego???
Sam, could you do an episode where the main ingredient are those crab (or lobster) flavored 'fake crab legs' or chunks. I like them, but I never know what to do with them. I'm not much of a cook, let alone a creative one. I end up just pouring melted butter over them and then adding salt. I bet your inner voice is screaming right now. Sorry 😢 Signed, Lonely Senior from Saskatchewan.
2:39 That’s what she said.
1:14 TIGHTEN UP! (Guy Fieri lover…)
Butter..humm
Y’all should do a cultural series this year. Do a weekly dish from around the world.
"...obviously red enchilada sauce..." But could you do green? I think yes :)
I almost always prefer a green sauce 😋
What's the details on that first pan?
