Concern over number of youth not registered to vote

The Independent Electoral Commission in KwaZulu-Natal is worried about the large number of youth who are eligible to vote, but are not registered.
The Commission has launched the Tertiary Institutions Civic and Democracy Education Youth campaign in Eshowe, ahead of next year's national elections.
