Absolutley hammered them this past weekend fishing this technique. Small paddle tail swimbait, on a 1/8th oz jig head just slow creeping it. I caught so many fish in a two hour period, I think I left the lake with tendonitis in my casting hand wrist.! Absolutely LOVE smallmouth fishing this time of year, as they SO ANGRY! Thanks for the content Z, gotta get you to Maine for a smallmouth show!
This weird weather sure is confusing the bass in Michigan. One day they are going nuts, the next couple days they are completely shut down. Its hard to figure out how to target them.
I’ve been using underbelly spin jig heads with sight flash flash silver bluegill flash sexy shed and crazy shed by Keitech 4.5 inch in the fat impact swingers one of my personal best comes from that bait
