The best thing anyone can do is use a water pik once a day and focus on cleaning between ur gums and teeth that’s the most important thing you can do. Lots of people have bad breath because of all the crap stuck in between ur gums and teeth, cleaning there will prevent from having gum infections, ur gums separating from teeth, tooth decay. You literally could use a dry tooth brush to get the crap off the top of ur teeth and use a water pik and your teeth will be in much better shape then someone that just brushes and flosses. Floss doesn’t clean as good as a water pik. You gotta use a water pik that plugs into the wall they are stronger then the battery powered and hold more water. It takes about 4 tanks of water to clean ur mouth with the water pik you can’t just use one tank and do it quickly, also should have the pressure at highest setting. If ur gums hurt on the highest setting then start with a lower setting and over a week or 2 ur gums won’t hurt anymore, they hurt and bleed because ur gums aren’t clean enough and ur gums are trying to heal. Before using the water pik I would get a cleaning every 6 months brushing 2-3 times a day and every cleaning the dentist said I’m not brushing and flossing enough and the cleaning is gonna take twice as long because it’s so bad and after using the water pik I stopped getting regular cleanings because they kept telling me my teeth and gums were perfectly clean.

I met a girl one time, we went on a date. We went to the cinema, I notice a little gone off rotten smell in the cinema. Wasn’t to bad as I thought it might the people behind letting a fart out on accident. I did say to her at one point, they fucking stink behind us. Then we decided to go out for a bit of food afterwards and I notice whilst looking in her eyes engaging in a conversation that the smell came back and was even more potent, it was so potent I can literally smell it all around our table like it was contaminating my drink and food. I went to the bathroom go for piss and came back and I can smell it whilst walking back to towards her, I was literally 3 or 4 metres away and can smell it. Anyway we left and I took her back home in the car, she starting mumbling and singing the songs playing on the radio 🤢 it was so bad, I thought it was rude if I cracked the window open so sat down trying my absolute hardest not to vomit the whole 30 minutes it took to get her home. As soon as she left I laughed so hard because I drove home with all my windows open. She was very pretty girl and her teeth looked absolutely fine and just couldn’t work out why it was so bad and how she didn’t notice her own breath smell.

I met a girl one time, we went on a date. We went to the cinema, I notice a little gone off rotten smell in the cinema. Wasn’t to bad as I thought it might the people behind letting a fart out on accident. I did say to her at one point, they fucking stink behind us. Then we decided to go out for a bit of food afterwards and I notice whilst looking in her eyes engaging in a conversation that the smell came back and was even more potent, it was so potent I can literally smell it all around our table like it was contaminating my drink and food. I went to the bathroom go for piss and came back and I can smell it whilst walking back to towards her, I was literally 3 or 4 metres away and can smell it. Anyway we left and I took her back home in the car, she starting mumbling and singing the songs playing on the radio 🤢 it was so bad, I thought it was rude if I cracked the window open so sat down trying my absolute hardest not to vomit the whole 30 minutes it took to get her home. As soon as she left I laughed so hard because I drove home with all my windows open. She was very pretty girl and her teeth looked absolutely fine and just couldn’t work out why it was so bad and how she didn’t notice her own breath smell.

It was just bad breath, I feel like I can deal with that. But this was something else, I never knew a mouth could smell like that. I think I’d rather smell sewage it was so bad. Like it filled the whole room up like a bad eggy fart.
