Well done....particularly given the extremely high mileage that you are doing, as that often doesn't translate into 5k speed. A half fast marathon, or marathon...yes, but running 15:39 at a mile of altitude (or whatever your elevation was) on trails with many turns and passing people and with a bit of uphill with that high weekly mileage is really strong. Great job!
Kudos to that volunteer for keeping up with you, even though he was wearing Air Jordan hightops and you were in carbon-plated super shoes. 😂 Just yanking your chain. Well done. Thumb 👍
Yo Spencer just want to lyk that i been subscribed since I was like 16 in hs and now im 21 in college. Its awesome to see that youre sitll uploading adter all this time. Idk if u remember but i made a couple intros for u a long while back
Boulder seems like a cool town in a cool state. Running at altitude 15.21 is great. I found the comments on the last to first race hilarious. That's a high heart rate with the training you are doing I think it will reduce over a year for that type of race effort. I'd be curious to know how your body temp is rising and then find out later if that increase is changing on a similar day. That and o2 levels.
Yeah impressive running but then spitting right as you pass the finishing line is bad etiquette and just rude especially in front of volunteers. also spitting is not permitted at parkrun events.
It was great to run with you last Saturday (or rather, to see you briefly in front of me before disappearing around the first corner)!
Stop riding him ho
Looks like the lead biker forgot his bike lol Spencer making it hard on these volunteers smh
@@lean2281that was unnecessary
Meat riding is crazy, he ain’t gonn notice u

I love that guy hanging on in his cargo shorts and trainers! We don't have enough parkruns on the East coast.

Go work Spencer, you were CRUISING!!
well done Spencer - moving in the right direction :)
Boulder is berry berry good to you!
Dude, given being at altitude and how tough that course is to really let it fly, that is a strong time and I’m excited to see how you do in the half !

How many alphaflys do you burn through in a year?
THE LOCAL LEGEND
My legs keep feeling shot on every race, I only get about 100-150g carbs per day, is that why??
Well crap now I have to go to the 10 miler here in the cities. I haven’t ran in a year so maybe I need to start
Almost 5500 ELEVEATION??!??!
Denver
U gotta colab with the guy who was running with you for the first bit
What's with the reflective safety vest?
Amazing! Your BPM went up to 195.
Damn, how'd you get that overlay showing all your running stats
🙏
You gotta go to Rhode Island and get a PR at sea level
Bro what's your 5K PB and why did you start to run. I'm 13 years old and my 5k pb is 18:54!

20 seconds ago is crazy
14 mph is my sprint speed!
Is that concrete?
The volunteer in 💩 run gear motoring... imagine if he had elite kit.
When I run a 4 minute mile you’ll be running a 4 mile minute 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Thumbnail looked like Fortnite
How do you keep your heart rate so low during hard efforts?
When you train a lot its much harder to raise your hr
