Wow!! She hit the nail on the head with the "house picks you" statement. I too have experienced alot of the things she is saying. It seems like every house I've lived in has been haunted. I know the feeling of finding doors open, that were locked. In the house I grew up, the back door would somehow open in the middle of the night. It happened so many times. I'd often awaken with a feeling that I need to check it. I'd go to the back of the house in the dark, look through the pantry window, and see the door ajar, sometimes several doors throughout the house would all be open. And occasionally I'd find the back stairwell light on as well. I never called anyone, just had to go room to room on all three levels of the house to be sure nobody had broken in. And so many other things that happen there, and at other homes I've lived, including where I presently live. Several of these houses are still owned by family, so my encounters are probably not over. I never talk about it; but after watching this video of a very sane, rational Paula Abdul not being afraid to speak about her experience, I feel not so alone. Thank you for posting this video.

I have a habbit of being frank sometimes.I have too experienced different kinds of incidents , 1 particular incident happened in which i frightened 1 female evil ghost ( with dripping wet hair) by reading a verse from Quran (Surah Ikhlaas.) And blowing it on her. Listen I believe you. You may be Followed from one house to the next by something. This can be many reasons.Not to worry just remember that you will live through this. This happens when a person has been abused in the past/ the person living
there has an anger problem/ a past. Can be many reasons for attracting negative energies. Also You may have brought something with you like an old piece of furniture/ something 2nd hand, already belonging to somebody e.g money, handbag, clothes, jewellery. I can tell you what to read. I’m an empath and have experienced so much activity in my lifetime. Have you smudged your house? When you do make sure to open a door or window so they have a place to go and tell them to leave. I smudge my house weekly and I put selenite in all four corners of my house after smudging. The activity has reduced to almost nothing now. Granted I’ve been really busy that maybe I don’t notice as much but I don’t feel like anyone is here anymore.

fun fact. We moved in 2015 from WA to CA. In WA we lived just 10 months but we had an old gentleman spirit with us in it, cat lover, Elvis lover, cigar smoker. Cigar smell was often lingering. I could hear Elvis and my cats would play with "no one" as interacting with a human tho. 3 cats.
While cruising for homes to rent here in CA we entered the house we live in now and.. EVERYONE even the landlord smell the cigar. EVERYONE. No one is a smoker. It lasted few seconds but ALL smelled it clearly. Out gent agreed with this house lol

Paula was so vulnerable in this episode, you could see it.. Those mocking her speech, she's had surgery on her neck on lost her voice for awhile.. Haters are gonna hate. Paula is still absolutely beautiful, she's carries her age well. The miscarriage part was soo sad, its definitely not scripted, she's not that good of an actor.
There's nothing wrong with her just enjoying her life behind the scenes instead of putting herself in a position to be judged. She's had many successes.

I really like how A&E has done an honest job of celebrity ghost stories without getting lost in the glamor of personality or fame.
I just saw a video of Kim Russo at Loretta Lynn’s mansion recorded in 2014. She was surprisingly accurate about the history of hurricane mills, and she answered all of Loretta’s questions. She’s an excellent psychic medium!

Paula is beautiful and a dance choreographer trained many professionals for movies. Kim and Paula look like sisters, so much! They are both gifted intuitives and same beautiful personalities. Thanks for sharing stories. Los Angeles is very haunted and prob aliens there. So many paranormal experiences in LA and Hollywood!! thank you PAULA - NOW I know It wasn't just me... seeing/hearing things... this has happened to me in (3) houses... the spirit went so far as to turn off a floor fan...I have had very bad nightmares.. & saw shadows & even felt one of these entities... people think I am crazy.. but EVEN my husband, kids/& brother that lived at the time with us all felt some sort of presence....

Have you thought of setting up cameras where the activity has been occurring? Such as those doors that keep unlocking and opening?
Stuffs happened at our home too. I have considered having a camera in the kitchen after my experiences there.
If you can set up with a second camera, different angle.
I have experienced many things before and choose not to set up a camera. My outdoor cameras are wireless so I have to bring them in and charge them about twice a year and I always face them toward the wall. It's not that I want to pretend the spirits aren't there (I have interacted with them many times), I just don't want to see them for some reason. Ironically though, one of my favorite shows is paranormal caught on camera. So I don't mind seeing other people's strange things which is kind of weird now that I think about it.
