Using dpe for a level 5 and not for dpe in this kuroboh deck? Now that's big brain.

Love the kuribohs and this seems like another fun way to use them
Funny part is that they could have used dpe to destroy their own cards to stall and prevent the self kill, but misplayed yet again. On DPE's attack declaration he could pop their own two cards that hadn't attacked. It probably still wouldn't have been a very winnable situation, but better than smooth brain attacking.
Dude had Fallen Paradise on the field, so I'm not sure if that would have worked.
@@ShadowSaberBaroxio They popped one of their other monsters (whom had already attacked) during the the final dpe attack... To try to pop the destruction immune one the declared and attack with dpe on. The field spell is the one that grants target/destruction protection.
As a fellow Kuriboh player, this is actually quite genius.

I absolutely love my kuriboh deck, but I always just make access code talker or apollusa out of 5 star twilight.

Kuriboh is always a favorite of mine and I feel kinda hurt that I don’t run it in most decks these days cuz it’s such a game changer when it counts.
I have basically no idea what was going on here but it was very funny to watch
Someone just versed me with a similar deck. They played for final countdown and attempted soft-lock me out of damaging them. I was running end of the world so their field dissipated pretty quick but by some miracle, with no cards in their hand and my board stocked… they summon 4 kuribo’s from graveyard. Right after they summon number 13: embodiment of crime and then punishment. I lost in the end not knowing about crime or punishments effects so I needed to find out where his deck came from. I think I might start running this.
Thanks for the tip. Believe it or not i tried at first to make a kuriboh deck first but couldnt get to make it work against super long takes forever decks. Thanka a lot

Superb edit, and the idea of self TK bois turbo (Feat Kuriboh gang) was something didn't count on either
This is why kuribohs are to be regarded as gods, they may not be much on their own, but they are perfect fodder for stuff like this, and don't forget five headed link dragon is also a five star twilight follow-up option technically

I guess this is one way to use Kuribohs. I like it. Unless the opponent reads that is. That can mess up the whole combo. Non destruction removal effects would still work on this after all.

Pretty sure he was forced to attack so he couldn't stop once he had a face up attack monster
@@larryla6121 he can just go for rank 10 plays which a single Gutso Max and they'll be done and it doesn't lock you from ss other monster but no they decided to ignore it until the battle phase or he's on budget build
Or the second attack. Could've destroyed His DPE and the other Hamon after the second attack hit Him to prevent any more damage.

@@ridwana4037 To be fair, depending on the format it's actually a lot less impactful than DPE due to the fact that Red Eyes Fusion is a garbage card compared to Fusion Destiny.
