There simply has never been a more powerful chemistry & couple in television history. I rooted for them from day one. They really made a great pair onscreen.
I've seen people say Bones was better, but I so agree with you. I've thought of every show I could and hands down this was the most powerful love story in tv history. As Castle told Kate on their wedding day "Ours is a great Love Story". i watch this series over and over just to part of that story.
@@scottmays-rv1hz yeah , I have tried dozens too , just to leave them in between and get back to Castle. Few of them like Bones , Mentalist, Lucifer etc. I have watched Castle an embarrassing number of times specially S1-5. And for lack of a better word , I would say their chemistry was Magical.
Yes, you are right! I've also watched bones and the mentalist which are the closest to compete but they cannot live up to the magical chemistry of castle and beckett.
They became something more than what they were supposed to be and I’m glad they got married!!!!!!! He really truly is THE VERY BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO HER and she was the very best thing that ever happened to him too they met for a very good reason!!!!!!!! If he wouldn’t had pressured her to look into her mom’s death she wouldn’t had found her mom’s killer and she really truly owes it all to Castle he broke down those walls she’s been having ever sense her mom died and in the end she was glad he did that for her and that’s one of the many reasons why she married him too!!!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed! Castle has never been in a serious relationship where the woman didn't cheat on him. But with Beckett she NEVER cheated on him,she appreciated, cared, supported and most importantly LOVED him flaws and all. Castle could be himself around Beckett he didn't have to put on the charade of novelist Richard Castle.

My wife passed away 6 years ago after 20 years of marriage. I had that love affair with her till the end, and the reason I can't stop watching Castle is it brings me as close as I can get to what I had. Castle and Beckett was a love story for the ages.
There were 2 great love couples on TV shows. Castle and Beckett, and Samar and Aram. Loved them both. I have the complete Castle series DVD's and have watched them all at least 8 times now and they never get old or stale. That is the heritage of a truly great show. The Still episode left an indelible mark on me and I watch it all the time. Wish there were other series like Castle, but then again it was one of a kind and can't be repeated.
Chuck and Sarah on "Chuck" was a pretty good chemistry couple, if only the writers would have let them be happy, instead of always messing with them, especially in the final season.
It's amazing that two people who really didn't like each other could have such great chemistry on screen... Either they are insanely talented actors or just sociopaths... or maybe a bit of both...who knows
Yes, it actually makes me sad that they pull off such amazing chemistry on screen, yet couldn't stand each other. Amazing acting skill; but it does take away some of the fantasy.

There was no Stana-Nathan relationship as you assume. Nathan is still doing his show The Rookie with the same producers. AND Stana had a long term committed relationship with her boyfriend then (now husband). Meanwhile Nathan is still unmarried; he has had like... eight exes anyway.
We don't know how much of it was actually trues (or just exaggerated) and even if it was - how long it actually lasted. I suppose that the problems didn't start or get serious till s7 or even 8. They might have gotten along just fine before this. Also, can we just enjoy the romantic video without bringing all this up?
I'm half way thru season 4, and I could see where this was going. So, in order to satisfy my curiosity, I took a sneak peak. And the magic is gone. Damn! Same with Tony and Ziva, wow, did the CBS fuck that up, or what. One season, and happily ever after, but no, it always turn into a friggin soap opera.
?????? WTF? The magic was NOT gone and no - they did NOT turn into soap opera, in fact they got together just in time (not too soon not too late) and their relationship were depicted as loving and understanding. It got worse since s7 sure, but was still not bad.
