Hello there, welcome to this channel!
I am an Indonesian female solo traveler, who started solo traveling in 2013. After working for the government till 2016, I left Indonesia to pursue full-time traveling and to document myself as I explore different cultures as a solo female.
Having initially traveled for 5 months throughout Asia, I moved to China in January 2017 for an English teaching job, which was my first experience living abroad.
Since leaving China in 2018, I have taken the move to become a full-time UA-cam creator and traveler. I strive to create unique, culture-driven content and capture authentic interactions as I travel.

Thank you!! It feels good actually that I am doing intermittent fasting. I eat in specific window time and not stuff myself with food even though I am not hungry. I am able to sustain 23 hours of fast actually. However, on daily basis, I do 16 hours fasting and 8 hours of window eating henceforth my breakfast (first meal of the day) come later during lunch time.
Everything was done through mobile phone. China definitely is at the forefront of the internet technology.

When I first traveled to China in 2007 to teach English for a year, one of my favorite actives quickly became taking a walk after dinner with friends and exploring the narrow lanes of the subtropical city we lived in.
With a couple of lamb or chicken skewers in hand, we were set to explore the city for the night. On our nightly walk to the river that ran through the city, we observed the people around us selling clothes from carts along the streets and students playing ping pong in a park.
Everyone was outside doing something (or nothing) and you felt like you were a part of it. One of the best things about China is that you can walk out of your door and everything and everyone is right there waiting for you.

There are lots of chinese in indonesia so the chinese noodles in indonesia are probably similar. Not sure if it is easy to find whole grain noodles. Whole grain pasta might be easier to find. Probably need more vegetables in the noodle dishes. I heard north china staple food tends to be noodles rather than rice. The fried crepe is like total junk food.

Syifa,it's dangerous to film with one hand while controlling your bike with another!The more you do it,the chances you have an accident more!You know some drivers in China are careless......If you want to film while cycling,i thought it's safer with a camera holder?
Hahahaha thank you for your concern! Yes pretty dangerous but I do have camera holder. However, my camera broke while I wasnt cycling at all. I wont bike while filming again. Thanks again for watching.

Maybe a sports camera with a camera holder is not easily dropped..many chinese sports camera with a water-proof protective case are not too expensive.
Yeah, but the other cameras (Sony a5000 etc) take better pictures. Small chinese gopro- cheap - is good for some things.

It seems odd to mix tofu with beef. Are there vegetarians in China, or do they just use tofu to supplement their protein because it's cheap (presumably)?

The egg you ate does look like so called " Tea Soaked Egg " which is a very common snack in Chinese food but after you cracked the shell I see the egg was actually white so, whether the egg was not soaked long enough or it is simply an boiled egg. If that's the case then why the container water is brown like Tea? Be careful if those eggs are not steamed hot enough may get you sick. I was in Nanjing last month and got very sick after I ate one of the Tea Soaked egg cause the egg was not steamy hot ( warm only )

The 2nd breakfast vendor was muslim or non muslim? I mean if its non muslim then there are 99.9% chances that the sausages contain pork. But if the seller is muslim and the sausages are halal beef ones then its perfect :-) in case of pork sausages, even if you don't add sausages to your breakfast wrap its still contaminated with pork fat and oils...
