- In this video I'll show you how I put a new spin on an old design!
I'll be making a prong set pendant using an emerald cut faceted gemstone.
Hopefully this tutorial is fun and easy to follow.

For really special stones I like to put them in simple, clean settings like this as to allow the stone to do most of the talking. This is perfect thank you!

Have you tried making component settings and stringing them onto the wires at the end? Center drilled pearls can be added to shortened end wires.

Yes! I try to secure the girdle.

Love it. What is stopping it falling out the back?
The side wires are supporting the girdle which is the widest part of the gemstone.
I love the pendant but do you have a problem with the bale causing it to roll to the side?
I did end up bring it forward and flattening it a little
