Everyone already knows he's a crook. It's not like his liability in the E. Jean Carroll case and his further liability in defaming her or the verdict in NYC are not known. The question is whether enough people care, since his convictions affect them not one little bit at the moment. Besides, that only gives you reason NOT to vote for Trump, not TO vote for Biden.
What we need are ads of people who can now afford to visit Niece Myrtle in Minneapolis because they are not paying $400 a month for insulin any more. The ad should continue with Myrtle saying that it was Republicans who prevented the $35 cap from applying to everyone, including her. Then Biden appears and says he will continue to take the fight to Republicans to save the lives of more Americans by reducing health care costs as is the case in so many other developed countries whose people live longer than Americans because they are guaranteed cradle to grave health care.
We need ads showing people using the internet who didn't have access before the Infrastructure Act and having their small businesses benefit from the connections they make. Then clips of Trump's repeated "infrastructure week" announcements that led to a dead end every time.
We need ads with recent graduates saying, "I know previous generations didn't have their student debt forgiven, but previous generations didn't have $250,000 in debt. I will now be able to contribute more to American society instead of banks because of Joe Biden." [Me personally? I had $4750 to pay off back in the day. That's a mere $35,000 today and I went to a private college. I supplemented the loans with a summer job in an office that started at $1.75/hr, the minimum then, the equivalent of $15.79 today. ]
We need ads showing that I-95 partially reopened in a few weeks after the truck blew up under an overpass and one year later was completely rebuilt. Ditto the opening of Baltimore Harbor in 11 weeks after the bridge ramming and collapse.
Those are the kinds of ads we need.

The No Child Left Behind Act left an entire generation behind. My daughter didn't learn about checks and balances, or anything else about how our government works. The only thing that really counted to administrators, teachers and students was a passing grade on the reading test, and hopefully the math test, once a year. Foreign language one semester out of two all through her middle school years. She retained nothing. Form a brand new Education Committee in Congress, and Make America Smarter Again.
- Was a response to promoting kids into next grade and not worrying about whether they learned anything in each grade... difficult to have kids learn when parents are Democrat junkies... instead of partners to the teachers...

Does Presidential immunity extend to the people who carry out his illegal order? It is still a criminal order that as President he or she cannot be prosecuted for, but what about the actors that execute the crime?
A good example is if a President gives an order to the Military that they consider to be illegal, they can legitimately refuse to carry out that order. The Military Tribunals at Nuremberg also established that subordinates who commit crimes cannot rely on the defense that "they were just following orders from their superiors" to escape punishment. These trials, under the London Charter of the International Military Tribunal that established them, determined that the defense of superiors orders was no longer enough to escape punishment, but merely enough to lessen punishment to some extent.
