I will doubt it that the limited shop will come anytime soon, not because now of the remodels of the cars, but because of the challenge system, where it says it rotates every week, and the limited cars from the same brand that got remodeled, didn't get remodeled, such as Bugatti, Koenigsegg, etc. So it could be reasons of why the limited shop wouldn't come.
The only possible way Foxzie could revive the game is by literally asking for car sponsorship, it’s a way to promote their cars and the game got free licensed cars too which makes the players come back to the game. Basically a win win situation if Bankrupt Empire doesn’t buy almost all of the licenses.
I'm still playing CDT because there's cars that are available in the car shop (non-limited cars) that i can buy, and also i don't have any flying vehicles in the game so i need some extra time to grind all of this on this game. But when i'm finished with all of this, i'd be happy of my CDT's adventure and so i'll quit the game even tho i won't have all cars that are buyable in the non-limited shop for ever because they'll keep adding cars, but for me that doesn't matter because i already have done like everything in the game and it's pointless to stay in just for some boring cars they add so it's time to move on for me. Also i shouldn't care about limited cars because that means i will never finish the game coz there's always cars to buy but they're limiteds it's not necessary to have them in my inventory to say i completed this game.
Well, i believe the limited shop is not coming because of the much copyright Foxzie is fearing, hence the remodels, and in my opinion there isnt going to be a new map at all, the current map is pretty empty at the moment so it wouldnt make sense at all to press the devs continuously. Pressure doesnt help with work at all... So, my idea is to just reunite the old maps with the current one since i believe Foxzie has them saved, even it would kinda look outdated, but it would be great for og players like us two.

The game needs significant updates now. Notably improvements to the handling system for professional circuit racers, a more realistic and proportionate map, and more "mature" (aka. less childish) U.I are the top requirements to make the game better. Also, why not better sponsors instead of Nicklodean?! P. S- I know I sound like I'm yapping but imagine how good the game will be if we get the above changes! Foxzie has been doing collaborations with TV Shows and Toy companies, so CDT won't downfall. Like the Monster jam, Monster trucks are actually Collab licenses. A lot of companies were sponsoring Monster Jam and promoting their teams. But there is one condition, those vehicles will no longer have customization (If he wanted customization, get a full license) There 2 types of licensing which are Collab License and Full License. Foxzie has been doing the collab way, but sacrificing the customizations. If the next TV Show collab is 24H Lemans, Nascar, or F1 racing, few cars lose its customization, and it have livery of each team. Car companies will promote their teams but in one condition, No Customization allowed. Unless there is another variant of the team livery each year but as a wrap. P.S. There reason why there Ad Billboards around the map. Its was for the advertisement of TV shows and Toys.

Me and my friends grinded till 37mil 500k (i grinded 53mil cuz why not?) For the Bolide because we like it but now we have all of that money for absolutely nothing.
I remember quitting CDT about 1 year ago or more and just forgot about it. Basically when I started seeing lambos being remodelled bc of copyright I was like “I should probably quit tbh” and I did. I have came back to the game and it’s seems really fun checking out the stuff and the models and seeing what’s still there. I came back about a few weeks ago and I feel like it’s just gonna get boring again. CDT was once such a fun game man. I miss old CDT
