Hopefully they won't fall to the "The only way to bring the building down is to implode it." that the disaster chasers use. They blew up the damaged building in Florida with the peoples pets still in it and made a crazy amount of money doing it.

Being under scrutiny and setting the BAR as the first major calamity in a commercial building conversion to residential........what happens HERE will set a bench mark as WHO will take the LIABILITY at the very END OF THE DAY........this reshapes the FUTURE.....and Real Estate Investment Trusts and Pension investments ETC aside from personal investments and The 401K & retirement portfolio's..........as to WHO WILL NOW UNDERWRITE and THEN WHAT BANK WILL FINANCE OR WHAT INVESTMENT MONEY WILL NOW BE AVAILABLE TO POTENTIALLY EVEN CONTEMPLATE INVESTING IN SUCH VENTURES.........GOING FORWARD !!! ADA AND MODERN BUILDING CODE AND HOW DO YOU EVACUATE A WHEELCHAIR PERSON.......STEPS OR ELEVATOR ????
