How to Make Chicken Chili - NoRecipeRequired.com

While I love and respect all our fine feathered friends, I'm a bit tired of Turkey getting all the love when it comes to poultry based chili.
Chicken is another great alternative for those who don't want to use beef. It cooks up nice, and takes on the the supporting flavors in chili super well.
This video is not so much a recipe, but a base to make a version of chicken chili. It's great made exactly this way, but you can take it all kinds of different directions. I encourage it.

Enough chili for an army. Looks mighty tasty. I guess if you want to go vegetarian, leave out the chicken and chicken broth and use veggie broth?
