Thank you for sharing this information and this is our new knowledge about battery electric vehicle.
I am very confident that Hyundai will become the pioneer of BEV in Indonesia which already release of their two products, Kona and Ioniq in Indonesia last year, which will be followed by other models after the Hyundai factory in Indonesia is completed in 2021.
Currently, Indonesia can only create electric motors with local brands and hopefully in the future Indonesia can create their own electric cars by adopting technology from Korean and Japanese car manufacturers in Indonesia.
    Success for Hyundai.

Nice. I'm considering Ioniq 5 so I'm doing my homework.

I'm looking to get my first EV and the Hyundai ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 caught my eye. It's reassuring they're both built on a dedicated advanced EV platform.

Interesting to see the parallels in design between HKMG and GM regarding their electric vehicle platforms. Looks like the same basic modular battery design (probably made by LG Chem). The rear motor design looks almost like a clone of the current front motor of the Bolt EV, not sure if GM will be using the front axle disconnect in their AWD models. I'm glad to see they've adopted the higher voltage battery, that should just be standard for any new EV platform. It makes the existing 50kw DC fast chargers more effective (i.e. they actually charge at 50kw, not 38-43kw) and it allows use of the now widely available Electrify America/Canada/Ionity/whatever it's called in your country 350kw DC fast chargers. 18 minutes to charge to 80% may sound like a lot if you don't have a brain and don't do any sort of trip planning, but if you plan your charging stops to coincide with rest room breaks, food breaks, etc, odds are the car will be done charging before you are ready to leave.

Seems to be quite a few references to some famous kinetic art pieces in this video - would be nice if you'd credited them.
