The issue is after the first weaving the key changes into muzzle flash briefly, and it makes alternating bobbing + weaving clunky. Do you do anything to work around this? Thank you Andrew. Make sure to press weaving key again WHILE you are bobbing forward. You need to be careful not to double input weaving otherwise... muzzle flash!
Wish shotgun punch also worked with the shell guage. I dunno, but the no reload thing doesn't like to work for me sometimes(bob/weave charging doesn't like to work sometimes for me,) but I have had no issues with the shotgun punch combo.
Newbie blaster here, is there any benefit or demerit to releasing bobbing or weaving first before initiating the magnum punch combo as opposed to releasing weaving after the attacks?
This playstyle is something I always love in video games. Is blaster the class that takes advantage most of animation cancelling? Are there other classes that have a similar demand? Thanks !!
As far as I know, Blasters benefit the most from animation canceling. However, I believe there are other classes who also take some advantage such as Thunderbreakers, Cadenas, Night Walkers (jumping up and down), and Zeros.
I'm quadriplegic and have a very hard time applying this combo in action. I can do the shotgun punch combo, but this one is very difficult for me since there are so many buttons to press while also needing to move as necessary. I don't know if there is an alternate way to mob, though, so I'm having trouble leveling, too, as this combo isn't coming out cleanly. Is this combo required or can I mainly use the shotgun punch combo?
Shotgun punch is what I use for mobbing in most cases. And it can be used in bossing if the no reload combo is too difficult. You will miss out with some damage and so I do recommend practicing it. If you are stuck with keyboard settings, do check out my other video showing my own setup.
Is there any advantage to using the macros compared to two separate keys? I have magnum punch on one key and revolving blast on the other and I can just hit them both twice and that seems to work fine.

Do we hold up and down key while doing this? I can kinda do a fluent combo now but i can't never achieving such speed it will sure fucked in the middle of increasing the speed like failed to reload
Four months have passed, I've sold all the equipment on my illium and became a blaster main, all thanks to you lol

Do you use macros to reach the max speed combo or manual? There’s a slight delay after double blast...
Yes, I do use the in-game macro to pair the skills with revolving cannon.
Was there any changes in blasters reload post awake update? The bobbing doesn't reload bullets for me for some reason..

I use magnum combo 98% of the time. The other times shotgun punch, mainly because I might be a little too far away from the mob

No need to hold up and down keys. Make sure to have combo training at 10 stacks for fluent comboing. The rest is practice :)
