- Hey Guys! Its been a bit hard to find some real time to paint... but I just can't stop painting for fun! otherwise this becomes a job like any other.. I saw the picture of a girl in the internet that I really liked, So I decided to draw something out of what I remember of this picture, and added some other things that I personaly find interesting, like the ring with the word YEAH =)
There is a little part at the end of the painting that is missing! were I painted the colors on the shirt and the rings.. dont pay much attention to that.. silly Screenflow Software =P
Hope you like it!

This is one of my favorite art pieces right now. The colors are warm and vibrant and her pose and expression are so adorably whimsical!
Also, the song used for the video is awesome. Definitely downloading that track.
I don't think I've ever been so enamored by a speedpaint. It's beautiful.
Such bold colors! A beautiful example of a tertiary color scheme from the CMY color wheel.
wow, i can watch this over and over and be amazed every freaking time.
I cannot help but to rewatch this 2 times a day.
Excellent work ... love that piece and liked it long time ago on dA. Now I've found it on the tube by chance. Thanks!
I had an eyegasm when you tinted the glasses. Love the painting
I started watching this video thinking "wow, how hard can it be to just paint over something like that..?" By 20 seconds, I was done. This. Is. Amazing! Haha :D
Beautiful job! I absolutely love your style and technique, and your gallery is stunning. Looking forward to more and keep up the amazing job!
This is honestly the cutest girl I've ever seen!
the music really fits the mood of the painting!! awesome work BTW
Incredible color usage. I love the skin tones.
Salvador my friend ! raw talent is nice but the amount of work you had to do for you to get the level of expertness you are showing us here is Respectable :) you rock !
every single time i thought it was perfect you just had to go and make it better
Amazing work of art. Beautiful!
Please, Could you tell me what brush you used in this speed painting and its settings ?? Thanks !! :)
I'm so bad at doing that sort of reflective light thing that you seem to have down pat! UGH - so jelly! Also, totally digging the music. :D
Unbelievably amazing yo!!!! Great work just great god damn work!!!
Because.... I thought that song couldn't get any better. And then there was this.
And my brain exploded.
(soy el primer comentario... que emoción) *w*
I'm really envy! You have an amazing talent!
I love your work. You're very talented.
I get it now... so you start with a median color to base it and then start adding more light and dark in the places where light is absent or showing! And I've been trying to do colors for the light and the dark separately! Thanks alot!
Best thing i've seen in a long time !
I've seen the pic of the real girl and she's gorgeus. This is an awesome draw
@MrTidleyWinks - You're hassling someone for asking a question about Photoshop?
@reevolver - Love your work! This one in particular is one of my favorites!
God Bless your talent !!! AMAZING
I love, love, love, love it.
great one man, I've added it to my faves on deviantart too :D . great work .
I was like, ok that's perfect leave it as it is, but then you added a stroke and I'm like oh yeah that's better leave it like that, and the process kept going until the end of the vid xD
Stunning!
You draw so clean! I'm jealous :)
the skills are unreal !
Best way to enjoy my spare time.
awesome art! love it. pls do more, i can't wait ;)
*skill
I believe in talent. And as arrogant as it sounds, I even consider MYSELF talented. Some of us are born with stronger senses of observing things and some just generally learn things quicker. That's talent.
But no-one is born instantly with the fundamental knowledge to draw stuff like this. It's a combination of both talent and skill, and mostly it's just practice, time and experience.
Amazing work! And those brushes, they look soooo cool
Beautiful work!!
Like a pro, that's talent
Amazing bro!
I can't "Like" this enough! Thank you :D
you are my new favorite artist
Photoshop!! If you wonder about that little color wheel to the side, it's an addon that's compatible with the newer PS versions. I wish I had it :'(
love this, now you're on my +watch on deviantart! :D
thaha.. i thought SR means super realistic.. ^^
really nice painting! :D
AWESOME!!.......NICE LAYERS AND COLOR DESIGN......did you use a mouse or a pen tool for the program ?
I love this! I watched this video so many times :) What software did you use to make it?
Very cool...!!! I love it...!!! : )
Oh! Cool! That makes sense. I hope you find it! :) Thanks!
This is gorgeous
Guaaaauuu!
@MrTidleyWinks ignoring your rude comment. photoshop does NOT come with a preset color wheel, there are downloadable plug-ins such as "magicpicker", or a color palette that resembles a color wheel but i have yet to see the color wheel he is using. the kind he's using looks like the one in corel painter (which i prefer), so i asked. thanks for your pointless comment..
She's totally adorable!!
I really love your style of art. o-o
it, indeed, is photoshop .......but i didnt know there were plugins for that kinda color wheel in photoshop ....i love that color wheel :D..........so thanks for the info ....i guess :D
Some artist do that to see the lines better or if they're painting with a light color, I know it helps me, but its only for preference.
woow amazing! that was reaallyy good! :D
Man, great work! I'm an art director and I love what you did here! How long does a painting like this take for you?
how can 20 people NOT like this video?!!!
duuuude Im totally watching you in dA!!!
Like the color work. Awesome picture and great music choice. What is the name of the song? And what software is this?
seriously holy shit I've seen so many girls that look like skrillex with the combed over hair and those glasses and piercings
AWESOME! I enjoy watching it :)
INCREIBLEE me encanta este estilo caricaturesco realista :D!
Really i admire your color knowledge
how long did this take man? and btw you have a great idea about lighting ! damn impressed!
I just fell in love!!!!! Haha
Awesome, i like your style
She looks like me, that's disturbing... X) amazing job!
The Color Wheel is a plugin called Coolorus. You can get a it for about $9.
This is freakin' great! :D
Daaamn You!!!! Your too awesome lol
Your stuff is amazing, I watch you in DA. I have a question you, Which version you are using for this video? in my version have not the color picker can be seen in the video.
Disculpa mi mal ingles :)
this is amazing! could you be any chance do a tutorial on how you paint the face please?
THIS IS GREAT!!!
This Is So Cool!
How long did this take you? This looks like so much fun :D I've ordered a tablet so I'm going to try and develop my art. I wish I could have someone like you sit next to me and teach me how to colour properly!
where can i get that image?????dam it!!! is so freaking amazing
this is awesome!
No I didn't but you can get a similar color wheel from Sycra. UA-cam: "How to Choose Colours and Use a Painter's Wheel" and follow the video to get the color wheel (and learn some useful painting tips) :)
@gluedmonkey that's not a stupid comment. it's simply a question.
Amazing!
That looks like the photoshop interface, where did you get the color wheel? do you mind sending me a link if it's available online. (amazing art as always btw)
Amazing! Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what software was this done in? Thanks!
Saludos :)
I feel like hittig the likebutton so hard that my computer breaks!
what brush type? what Photoshop are you using and are you using your mouse? or a pen ? thanks. keep that shit up man you are awesome for real .
how do you blend it in so good?
is your photoshop set to pressure opacity or what brush are you using?
can you make a video with the whole photoshop screen?
Beautiful painting! How did you get that color wheel in photoshop?
Incredible drawing!! Anyone has any idea why he had a gray background from the start and not a white one? Does gray make the lines show better or something?
If you mean the drawing, since he's on a mac and that doesn't look like Corel Painter I'm gonna guess it's photoshop (CS4) with an extra colour wheel plugin. I had a link hidden somewhere to a site that had these amazing photoshop plugins but I can't find it :(
He's using sketchbook pro i think, i recognise that color wheel from that program anyway.
Awesome!
Do you prefer the burn / dodge tool or do you manually pick darker colors and use them with pressure sensitivity?
I love this video!! What software did you use to draw it?
mate...that is fucking amazing
this is just a guess to why he might've but, its easier to see white/lighter colours on grey over white/lighter colours on white.
what kind of wacom did you use? and what kind of brushes do you use? btw it's really good
