Very good tips, I’m 79 and walking is my main exercise activity while doing the exercise with you, I realized that it’s more difficult than I thought; for I can’t stand without holding on something and even worse with eyes closed. Shall definitely practice , thanks
In post hospital recovery. Where to start if can barely stand still on each single foot without moving around? My subject can barley do the compass tap 3 seconds
Can’t lift big toe on Left foot , poor balance , L3,L4,L5 nerve damage and had a spinal Block .trochantitis and a medial tear . Mobility retained at present , continuing strengthening exercises .painful feet when stretching, pointing or holding afoot position . Tight up outer calf by ankle . Any suggestions please .
This one was a special order we had made. There are other multidirectional mats available now. Or, if you have a consistent training area, you can always just lay it out with tape (this is what I have in my garage gym, personally). Thanks
