I never heard of getting a papsmear every 2-3 years. My gynecologist calls for me to have a papsmear every year with my annual exam. In addition because I have fibroids I do go for monitoring of my fibroids as well. Keeping Jessica's famiky and loved-ones Lifted up in Prayer! I come from a family who listens to all music so I agree...been listening to country music. Jolene, Tennessee Whiskey, Need you now, Walkin after midnight, and Black Velvet...some staples on the playlist 😊

I stopped getting a pap smear years ago because when I got them, I was never told I had big fibroids. I found out I had them when I asked for help after having symptoms. I will get a pap soon since my "fibroid" symptoms are similar to cancer.

In UK paps are only given every 2-3 years. I found out when I returned back to US that they had adopted the same practices. This was years ago. I don’t follow it, I still get yearly routine paps. We really have to stop listening to these people and listen to our bodies and do what is best for us! RIP Jessica Pettway
