Rujuta will a good swim for 30 to 40 minutes cover all of your core strength building exercises?
I know I need a total body workout and I'm hoping swimming will do it for me...when the pools open post the pandemic.
Core strength is so important. Often, even lower back pain is released by strengthening the core.

Ma'am, pls help me to get out of hairfall issues..... I tried to do oiling every week but it's been really long I still face hairfall issues.... It's too much during oiling and washing....thankfully I don't have any medical issue and I eat plenty of nuts to get enough protein but no change for longer terms, it will stop for 2-3 weeks and again it gets started.... Please help me Maam, I will be really greatful.
This is one of the worst exercise videos I have ever seen. This is not the correct routine to get core strength. To build strength in the body, you have to do resistance/weight training. This is how you build muscle and strength. Also, you cannot spot train a specific area. Most people eat too much food (mostly carbs) and so carry extra fat around the stomach area. You cannot get a flat stomach by doing exercise- you have to eat less and add in some light cardio in order to see real results. This is misleading information and proper exercises with correct form should be taught by a certified fitness instructor.
Are bhai jo jyada khata hai aur kuchh nahi karta hai uske liye ye sab nahi hai. Pahle thora karo phir routin ban jayega to jyada karo.
Mun mun Kumari don’t just assume everyone speaks Hindi- it’s pretentious. You can do all the routines you want, but an excess of food, especially carbs, will lead to fat buildup in the stomach for many and the only way to resolve that is through diet. It’s about 80% diet and 20% exercise. These exercises she shows will do very little in terms of strength building. She is out of shape and has no muscle definition; why would anyone take her advice?
@@bellavida7129 the most important thing in fitness is the basics. She knows it. She nails it and that is the foundation she is educating to rhe masses. Appears your foundation is not strong enough to argue

Hi this is very nice how you explain but I have really bed back and knee what ever I try to do its effects my back strait way but like you said our mussels get week so same here I had my full hesetorictomy and since my back are so week I dont know what can help me please if you can make some clip plus when I standup my I can not standup and my left leg start cold and pins needle so please please suggest something if you can thanks my dear and blesses you and love you 💐👍💐
