Ponder Beaver Waving at SEPTA Trains at the 20th St Portal

Can't help but suspect that my beaver friend is contemplating somehow stopping up the flow of SEPTA Regional Rail trains as they emerge from Suburban Station and the Center City tunnel at 20th St.
He did manage to catch a wave back from this outbound train of Silverliners IV including #330, #331, #348 and #349.
