He was (still is) so underrated as a musician. As a person. How can anyone fail to recognize his incredible talent...his soul? All the judgement and cruelty throughout his time in the public eye was awful. My heart still hurts for him. I hope he's at peace now. A class act, George Michael; he deserved much more respect than he ever received. He may have made completely different choices- he might even still be around had he not been so ruthlessly tormented. I'm glad to see he's still got people who appreciate him.

Now if I say that foreign songs were VERY RARELY PLAYED in USSR as everything was going under strict check up before being broadcast on the tele in 1986. When I heard that voice and saw George Michael with guitar , the cross earing and his moves when singing that song i can't explain what happened to me. I guess I just fell in love with him ! He was that perfect icon, and he was soo close to me as his features reminded me of my daddy (a but older daddy). His admirers were who he wrote his music for and all he wanted was to make us happy. Each time you hear him sing, just remember that he is singing to you. It doesnt matter that you didn't get to see him live, although it would've been nice for us both but be assured that when you hear Careless Whisper again, it is being sung for you.

You truly need intervention, but probably wouldn't know real music if it slapped you hard in the face. I'd just gone to bed as it had turned midnight in Australia. I hadn't really given much thought to George's passing yet due to the fact that it was Boxing Day for us that the news of his passing come through with time zone differences. Every year I dedicate that day to respectfully listening to this most incredible artist. I don't just get goosebumps when listening to George's flawless vocals but there is some deeper connection that I cannot explain. His songs as well have been a constant companion to me throughout his career and still to this day in my life. Only a few people have ever affected me in the way that this musical genius has and I thank you George from the bottom of my heart for the many gifts you have given us all, which we continue to benefit from for the rest of our lives. You're in a better place now, away from all whom continually hounded you. You are with your family and friends in peace. It's also the first anniversary of your sisters passing which will be even sadder for your family left on earth. You're forever in our hearts and your music infiltrates our soul. I'd just gone to bed as it had turned midnight in Australia. I hadn't really given much thought to George's passing yet due to the fact that it was Boxing Day for us that the news of his passing come through with time zone differences. Every year I dedicate that day to respectfully listening to this most incredible artist. I don't just get goosebumps when listening to George's flawless vocals but there is some deeper connection that I cannot explain. His songs as well have been a constant companion to me throughout his career and still to this day in my life. Only a few people have ever affected me in the way that this musical genius has and I thank you George from the bottom of my heart for the many gifts you have given us all, which we continue to benefit from for the rest of our lives. You're in a better place now, away from all whom continually hounded you. You are with your family and friends in peace. It's also the first anniversary of your sisters passing which will be even sadder for your family left on earth. You're forever in our hearts and your music infiltrates our soul. Miss you darling, Kris.🌠

I was lucky enough to see GM in concert, the faith tour. Best night of my life. I miss him every day. He was and still is an angel,yes he battled his demons but he had a heart of good and no one will ever replace such a talent. 🌈💕🌹💕
