    Can you explain me how you were able to load your laptop during your reverse pick up? I am a student living outside of my hometown, and it is very difficult to locate stores that box items like keyboards. If I buy a bubble sheet cover, it takes more than a week to arrive. Can you recommend some ideas?

      I just used the box the keyboard came in, nothing much extra. Just a thin layer of foam inside, similar to the sheet you get with a new shirt, to cushion the keyboard. That's all.🙂

    I purchased this keyboard 1 years 2 months ago...I have isssues where some of the keys LEDs are not lighting up.. WIll they still replace it? I see warranty is for 12 months

    I checked the delhivery tracking site. It says my keyboard was returned yesterday to cosmic byte. But cosmic byte haven't sent me a confirmation. What should I do?

    Hey Bro! My Keyboard also faces similar kind of issue, actually some LEd's dont match the colour with the rest and also in some colours it doesnt even glows up....the T and right arrow key are the two keys....what according to you would be the problem...?

    Which is better the Cosmic GK 18 or the Red Dragon k552 RGB?I am leaning more more towards the k552 as it has hot swappable keys.It comes with outemu blue switches.I am worried that it might get a little annoying after a while.Also there is a ₹1400 price difference.Just wanted to know your opinion about it?

      How swap might be nice but I'm honestly quite happy with the red switches on the GK18. They respond quite well to being lubed😄✌🏼

      go for the hot swap one because trust me when you get into the whole custom keyboard world after a while you will want to build your own keyboard and with hot swap keyboard you can just buy really good switches and replace them easily . for switches there are a lot of trustworthy online stores with a wide variety of switches

      ok just for your info the k552 is hotswappable with switches that fit outemu slots only, so your choice is restricted. You can put only akko, holy panda, gazzew to name a few. I recommend you to buy the royal kludge rk72 or rk68 from meckeys if your into smaller form factors. Both are fully hotswappable and offers the same or if not better. But if your not into customizations and modding you can definitely go for your wish

    bro i am having a problem with this keyboard.. keyboard making a continuous buzzing soung only when rgbs are on?? its very low but can be hear on focus.. can u pls check this on your keyboard and let me know ..its only has been 2 months since i bought this keyboard.

    I've recently bought a cosmic byte vanth cb gk 28 keyboard and one of the LEDs wasn't working so I've requested a replacement on their website without checking their return policy. Its clearly mentioned there that the customer has to email to confirm their replacement via email before placing it for return but I straightly requested replacement on their website without confirming it first. what should i do now??

      It'll still be fine. Just mention that to them via email. Include your purchase invoice and you should be good to go

      It glows white under the key when it's on. When the keyboard is in rainbow mode, it's not easy to tell as the color under caps lock keeps changing.

    You should do a budget keyboard build like buying the pcb, case, switches etc separately as i wan to build one but cant find a place to buy the parts…even if i find a websites having the parts its overpriced…

      @@TheHopelessGeek I contacted the customer support and got keycap replacements for the faded ones on my Fireblade-Keyboard. So, as far as their after-sales service is concerned, my experience was pretty good.

      You can pack with any suitable box you have. It's not needed, but for backup, write their shipping address on the box. That's all I did.

    Hey great video.
    Just wanted to know about their statement "No Hardware modifications".
    I have the CB GK 34 which is hotswappable. So doing a simple change like swapping the switches would be an issue?
    I mean it is hot swappable for a reason

      For a hot swappable keyboard, that shouldn't cause any problems. I mean, I erased their logo permanently, and they still gave me a replacement 😂

    My experience with cb gk 18 is quite bad as my keyboard stopped working on the first day it's self and their software is isn't detecting my keyboard so i cant update it or anything it's just dead

    What's your take on buying cosmic byte firfly or redgear shadow blade

      I liked the TKL design of the firefly, so I didn't consider the full form factor of the shadow blade. The LEDs are also a little dimmer and don't allow individual-key RGB customisation. The media control knob is interesting, but I think the Firefly is a better option overall. amzn.to/36XM5qh 🙂👍🏻

    Hey man.....i have bought Cosmic Byte Kilonova Wireless mouse on December. I have painted it white to give it a look of model o wireless (in the month of January I did that). From 2 days my mouse is not working and I found out that it is the led that is not working and for that the sensor is not getting any light source to response.
    (1) will i get the warrenty if I don't remove the white spray paint ( it's acrylic paint )?
    (2) if not, with which thing I can remove the paint so that it will look like original ?

      I think you can still claim warranty if you can remove the paint. But even with the paint, they might not care and just replace it.😄

    Mine was repaired in warranty, now whole led is gone 2 months after warranty, support said i have to pay for everything, shipping to repair, which might come close to the product cost.

      @@TheHopelessGeek Basically i opened it to check if i can do any fix, realized everything is soldered, i do have soldering equipment, but don't know what is the issue blowing every LED off. Maybe a voltmeter can tell, then i dont have that right now and dont know how to use it.
      I am going to buy a new different brand keyboard than getting it repaired. (Yes, 1 month process sucks).
      My Cosmic Byte Equinox Europa headphone also lasted less than 2 years with issue in one side sound disconnecting randomly.
      I have 2 negative flags for the brand, was going to buy Neutrino headphones then cancelled, thanks to my brand experience with durability.

    good thing now i can remove the logo without worrying, i was skepticle for it might void warranty. Now this KB is v2 do see any difference than previous version like better stock keycap edges and stabilzers.

    Which switch do you recommend ? The blue or the red.

      I liked the reds, but the blues are better for those who like clicky sounds from the switches. I would recommend adding some foam and tape in between the back panel and the PCB to improve the sound and typing feel a bit.🙂

    Bruh the Artemis is not in stock and I have to wait for 20 days wtf so I'm thinking to buy a mechanical keyboard so which one to buy GK 16 or gk 18

    My CB-GK-26 doesn't have stabilizers excepts the spacebar. And it also has 2 missing screws. The enter key gets stuck because of lack of stabilizers. I have contacted them through e-mail today. Let's see what happens next.

      You can email them with your purchase invoice to claim the warranty. They'll create a ticket for you and respond. That's how it worked for me, 2 years ago.

      Here, the switches are soldered onto the PCB. You'll need to desolder them one at a time to remove them.

      Yeah, the those LEDs might be defective. It can sometimes happen due to improper soldering too.

      Cosmic byte support ased my name email address etc and said reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days and down below they also have given their address and said I need to parcel my keyboard to them. So do I need to parcel or someone is going to come at my home to pick it up?

      I used it for a year, but had to replace it once as the LEDs started a weird glowing issue. They still worked fine for typing though, so I think they'll last 2 years at least.

      Blue switches make a lot of clicking noises. If you want a silent one, reds are a better choice.

    I had the same issues brother.
    And i returned it for service,but they literally cheated,i had issues with the 'H' key, because it was showing diff colors while all other keys were showing one color,then the residual led issue,the same issue u had,and when i reported these issues,and they just corrected the 'H' key issue and didn't resolve the residual rgb issue, poor service from them.

      They responded the next day with their technician's findings. Now they've shipped it back to me. Unfortunately, I didn't get a full replacement, they repaired the issues and sent the same one back. It's fine as long as the problem is solved.

      Artemis currently only has blue switches version. If you like clicky sounds, you can buy it. Else the GK18 Firefly with smooth red switches is worth looking into.

    Then They Ask For Unboxing Video, Recent Condition Of The Mouse With Video And High Quality Images Of The Mouse. I Provide All What They've Asked. They Provide Me The Replacement But On 23rd September They Said They've Replaced My Defective Mouse. And Dispatch Soon But It's Been A Week. Neither They Dispatched My Replacement Product, Neither They Are Picking Up The Calls And Neither They're Responding To The E-mails.
    Now, What Should I do.. Should I Wait For Few More Days.. Or Should I Go For Consumer Court??
