My keyboard backlight for a single key is not turning on properly and I don’t have a second keyboard for work. Should I ignore the key or use the warranty? There’s only one month left for the warranty.
Well use the warranty if they help you within one month. Although chances are really low. They are the badest customer agents.

i went through the same procedure but i didn't face any issue. It went quite smoothly and today my product was pickup (i packed my controller properly). I was worried that they might reject my warranty request because the serial number on my controller was erased due to usage but the agent was super understandable and continued with my claim.
I was assisted by Vaishali Kumar from the beginning to the end. (she is senior support agent.) I am glad that my case was handled smoothly since i only had to send my receipt, photo of controller and the video of issue i faced. Nothing else was requested by the agent :)

My headphones have the same issue again fo which I had to suffer a lot to replace them. So after sales service is another thing. The PRODUCTS QUALITY IS NOT DURABLE ASWELL

My gamepad had connectivity issues so i contacted the customer service through email and the pickup took only a day but as per my bad luck Diwali holidays came in and the courier return was estimated to reach them after a week lol will see when i will get my package back (has been 8-9 days now)

Brother just pack it inside a cardboard box with all the cushioning and then ask them COSMIC BYTE TEAM for labels to be pasted with tracking details that they must have got from their transit partner when they book a pickup for you! I hope it helps

My product is in warranty and i email cosmic byte and i told him full issue and they are asking for my address for pickup and what will they do with headphones and when they return back to me and is there any pickup or delivery charges

@@sunnygill5516 They dont fix anything, They replace the product only IF THEY after CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT in the service centre find the issue if not they will send you the same back.

It's just 900rs, but for the earphones it is serious investment for me.
They gave as 1year warranty for a product which don't even last for a month.

Brother Keep Emailing them.. Don't give Up.. Cosmic Byte has one of the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. But you need to be very persistent to get any help from them.. Bought from Flipkart is authentic

Cosmic Byte Is really really Bad!!! I had been waiting for several days for my keyboard and Now they are saying no defect is found and they are returning the product... I mean seriously?? I have checked it several times Even Submitted the video 4300 Rs. Have been wasted on it And my time and efforts really really bad Company!!! Don't buy anything Never!

bro today i received a keyboard form cosmic byte after 5 minutes its stop working i am try to return but they are not responding .
Bro keep sending emails and try to get them on call from their customer support apparently they don't have one. There will be one person who attends call and alos emails. But they are pretty lowsy on emails. So you got to be persistent enough to send them email relentlessly. You can get Support from them but it is pretty hard

It probably takes 1 month to get your keyboard back from their service centers with all the problems being fixed. It's been 5 months now and I've got my keyboard back in a month or so. You have to call them for updates otherwise they'll not gonna provide you any update with product

LOL.... YOU DELIBERATELY MISSED THE IMP REASON GIVEN BY COSMICBYTE... they clearly mentioned in the email that because of covid lockdown in pune, the pickup is delayed. You havent mentioned this even once in your entire video and try to project that the pickup delay was deliberate . rest all other issues about asking photos, videos are understandable
Delayed Shipping was not the only factor I covered in the video, Deliberately pushing customer to an extent from where they give up on getting any service is am OFFENCE they are thriving all us through, I hope you were at the receiving end so you wouldn't have been MAKIN A POINT

The delay was from COSMIC BYTE END mostly... I didn't give much of a rant about courier delay but actually what kind of support they were giving to me. PUREly You didn't see the video well there was no single line where they mentioned this. I double checked now I know where this is coming from. You better not try to deviate people's attention to pointless fact.
If you had seen the whole video you must have understood from a buyer's standpoint that it is really stressful and elongating to serve this kind of service to the customer.

Mr. Neeraj Kumar. I clearly mentioned quite many times in the video that the courier partner was pathetic they daily used send msg that they will pcikup but they never did . What you are highlighting here is never the point of discussion, what service experience they are providing here as a big brand in Indian market was the only TACTIC here xD to show people what they are going after.. 100 peopel were not MINDLESS to like this VIDEO there are hundreds of people who could relate to this. And having hear that you are also an end user I am amazed how you are so much after the point that the DELHIVERY guy delayed it. .. they did delayed it and I mentioned that quite many times. When fed ex picked it up I genuinly mentioned it then.. I have no point to make here other than that cosmic byte should change the way they give service to their customer...

Things that I got from the video: 1: Check the invoice before sending. Send all the images and video in advance.
2: Ask them for the delivery company of your choice, upfront.
Note: I bought a guitar from an online store. I asked specifically for XYZ courier as my previous buy was not satisfactory from another courier partner. They followed along with what I think is good in my district. I received the product on time.
One more to add
- Patience ( Customer care peeps are sleezy)
- Always Keep all the photos and videos of your products ready to send to different people when asked.

It's just unfortunate that you have to suffer.
Additionally, I hate that term. Where it says that they will not be responsible for the damage during shipping.

Worst experience ever. Abhi bol rhe hai ki koi aur product lelo is keyboard ke jagah maine bola mujhe aur koi product nhi chahiye please refund after that no replies.

Also, we do not have any return policy of the product once the package is accepted. You can refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery if you do not want to purchase it.

"you can refuse to accept the product", thats pretty normal tbh. Unless you have your own shipping company like flipkart and amazon, you cant cancel shipment as a seller.
