She lead a double life, she was a drug addict and would leave her husband sometimes for weeks at a time only to come gome when she hit some kind of bottom, and one guy she was cheating with use to beat her leaving black eyes, choke marks, and bruises. When she came home she never admitted to cheating or told the truth about where she was, her husband was at the end of his rope well before she was almost killed she somehow got into her own mothers bank account and took thousands of dollars and did the same to her husband only they didn't have that much money but took what they had and took off and was gone long enough for her husnand to start moving even filed for divorce then she was attacked but that's why they didn't believe her

There's usually a story...when something sounds too crazy to be true. Sometimes you just need a little inside info and it all falls into place. Not saying it was the case here, never looked into it myself. But I have known people who were both raging drama queens AND prone to self-injury to back their story up. Add to this that they are often times circling the drain in just about every way possible, drugs, alcohol, risky sex with strangers and running with bad crowds, and you can kind of get a picture of how, after months or years of making up stories and evidence to try to cover their own complicity in the situations they get themselves into, the family and police who have dealt with them all along are just going to believe their latest histrionics are the newest chapter in the big story. In fact wasn't there just a high profile case of this? I don't follow the news but I've caught people talking about it.

I'm almost 70 now when I was a little girl I got sexually abused several times by different neighborhood boys. Once or twice by my father I knew I could never tell anyone. Because when I did try. I was still in grade school. I told a group of girls at recess. They were girls and friends I had known my whole life. When I told them they screamed at me that I was a wh___ and ran away like I was the dirtiest thing on the planet. None of them ever spoke to me again. Young people today can't even imagine how awful it was for women. Not too long ago

This happened only about a year or 2 ago. At a family function. She was raped by one of her cousins. They did nothing to him But it's illegal in Syria for a girl not to be a virgin on her wedding day. She was sentenced to 100 lashes with a rod. She was beaten in public. She made it to 76. Before she died. Women are treated like garbage in this world. Nobody believed her? Yeah I can see that..

I read about that toy box freak years ago. The FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit (profilers) flew his entire trailer to Quantico, Virginia to analyze it. That monster had a gynecological chair he strapped them down in after drugging them. They woke up to his recorded voice and saw video monitors with a live feed of them to add to the horror. He got off on scaring them as much as possible. They saw themselves helpless on video as he described in detail what he was going to do to them over and over. Truly an off the charts evil man. I don’t really even want to call him a man. He sealed his fate.
Then imagine escaping with a cut throat and everyone calls you a liar.

I feel sorry for the people or authorities, that have to watch these type of videos for police evidence. It may be their job, but that has to take a toll on them emotionally. I can’t even imagine having to watch videos from the The Toy-Box Killer case, of women being brutally raped, tortured and murdered. Also, I read that Ray, The Toy-Box Killer, was brutally raped while in custody/jail, repeatedly. I guess what goes around, really does come around.
I know what you mean, sitting through appalling heart-breaking demented images and video. Having to look at child porn they find, because they have to go through every image and tape. When you sign up for the job they have to know they'll be in situations like this during their career. I know there's sleepy towns with not much happening, but a lot of times you hear how this horrible thing happened in an unassuming sleepy town. It comes with the territory, which makes me question why someone would have a job that entails looking at sick stuff that was designed for sick people. Secretly enjoy it, maybe? I know the police aren't across the board good people. That's why I think about stuff like that. I think the average person with great mental health wouldn't subject themselves to that!
Also, when I was little, a part of my abuse was me being made to watch films, look at photos, and watch horrible physical/sexual attacks on adults and children. I could never be a juror on a case which involved watching or looking at the crap jurors sometimes are forced into while on the jury panel.

I was in rehab with Kelly about 10 years ago. She told her story. I didn't know how much at the time I believed her. She also mentioned that he had a jar of eyeballs.. I guess he had more than one trailer. But he lured her in with drugs and she said once she saw that jar she knew she was gonna die. Bone chilling.

The same thing happened in Canada during the Pickton murders. Several women came forward with stories of rape and physical abuse at the Pickton farm and weren't believed either.

This is why I (allegedly) don't respond to jury duty. It's not worth the mental anguish if you happen to get stuck in some weird ass trial. Where you have to review in detail gruesome evidence.

David Parker Ray never faced the justice he so richly deserved, having a heart attack and getting away easily, but two of his accomplices ultimately made it to the Big House. How they could even discuss parole for them is beyond comprehension, though. While the audio tapes that he played for his kidnap victims are indeed under lock and key, there are transcripts out there, and they're pretty disturbing to say the least, and include references to what he's going to do to his victims with help from his dogs, as well as how he's going to use a little chemical cocktail on them to brainwash them into forgetting after he's had his fun.
I don't need to see it, but the footage of the suicide of Christine Chubbock is a Holy Grail of sorts for those who like that sort of thing. During a technical difficulty, Chubbuck changed the copy she was reading to a suicide note she'd prepared, and announced ""In keeping with Channel 40's policy of bringing you the latest in 'blood and guts' and in living color, you are going to see another first-(an) attempted suicide." This was ultimately the inspiration for Howard Beale's Mad Prophet of the Airwaves in "Network", and was a sad commentary on the perpetuation of "If it bleeds, it leads" that really make the news outlets and their viewers all warm and fuzzy inside.

# 4 It was a boy scout club, I saw one video where he put ropes on all 4 limbs of a boy and ripped him apart. # 6 the tape he would play before he would torture them is out there but it really takes some research to find it and there was a woman that would sometimes help him. What I would like to see about ''Maury Travis'' he video taped his kills in the basement of a house his mom rented him, then hung himself in jail right after they caught him.( Left a goodbye letter to his mom )His mother sold the house never telling anyone about the murders and after they bought it there was paranormal activity in the basement! I heard of a video that was returned to a video store; it was revealed that a murder was filmed over the copy of a home movie. The movie was called "Milkman: A tale of the Laundry Game Part One."

Ivette Mckenize As far as we know he only killed one. Its not about how many he killed but more how all that came to be. Meiwes (name of the cannibal) looked over the internet for someone who was willing to get eaten and crazy enough it seems he found someone. Meiwes said the victim was willing to have parts of his dick eaten and also to let himself get killed. the victim took a shitload of sleeping pills and Meiwes slit his throat. Meiwes even tried later in court to use that to get a lower punishment.
He ate his victim over month while he had him in the freezer and they only caught him because he tried to find another victim over the net. Crazy thing is he was sentenced to only 8 years in jail. Later on due to some german law mumbo jumbo they sentenced him to a life sentenced which until further is notice but at least 15 years.
It was the subject of an episode of the.British TV program "It Crowd"

I can’t even imagine what the first tape would have been…. the fact she is now in society and allowed to roam freely with a ‘new identity’ is completely sick and twisted. I understand there was a deal.. HOWEVER, if they found said tapes AFTER this deal.. this should have been argued at a much larger scale in court and resubmitted as ‘new evidence’.
the toybox video was partially released on some serial killer doc i watched. It was just the introduction tape. He says something along the lines of "Hello, Bitch, you're probably wondering if you're going to live, if you can escape, you won't and you can't..." He'd have them tied to the gynecology chair and play the tape... it was creepy. I WISH I remember which show it was. Maybe "Born To Kill?"

Bailey Sarian has really interesting true crime documentaries. She has one for The Cannibal Cafe and one on The Toy Box Killer. If this video peaked your curiosity on either case, you should check out Bailey's channel. She puts a lot of research into the background of the killers and IMO, she has the best documentary channel on UA-cam.
I'm not sure if this channel does full documentaries or if it is a list channel. Will be checking out more of this channels content, because this was an interesting list.

Do you fact check? Because Bernardo and Homolka did NOT have the same lawyer nor were tried together in 93. That's when Karla got her deal. Paul didn't go on trial till 95. Karla's lawyer was George Walker, he negotiated her deal. Also the tapes did not "begin to surface," - they were found by Paul's lawyer, Ken Murray, after the police failed to find them after searching the house for many weeks. Murray found them in a panel in the bathroom ceiling after Bernardo drew him a crude map. As his client instructed, he held onto them for 15 months before viewing and went on trial for not turning them over. Paul's lawyer at trial was John Rosen and his goal was to prove Karla (now Emily or Leanne Bordelais, spends her time between Canada and the French Caribbean) was anything but a battered wife and committed the murders. I also don't believe the tapes were destroyed because Bernardo comes up for parole under the faint hope clause (since done away with, but not for people who were sentenced before we got rid of it). However, that's my opinion, just like it is that Karla committed the murders. The rest I know to be true. EDIT: Sorry, I really didn't want this comment to have a rude or mean tone because the video was very interesting. I was just asking because I know a lot about true crime, and probably more about Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka than other cases. After I commented, though, I remembered that typing doesn't have syntax/tone. So, just wanted to let you know it wasn't left with any malice. Also, I don't know if you have heard of Luka Magnotta's case and the video he made, I watched it out of morbid curiosity and because I had run-ins with him online before he killed. Big mistake. I doubt it's available now, which is why I took the opportunity to watch then "1 Lunatic, 1 Icepick," and I really regretted I had made that choice.

These tapes need to be shown to the public so they understand that the death penalty is necessary in some cases. These people who commit these horrible crimes need to be removed from this earth quickly!

I was a cook in mid sized Ontario Canada restaurant... We had a cook who had the long scraggly hair and wore hats with uncreased brims... this was a long time after the Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo trial... this Paul look alike had a tendency to go out with the hostess’ we hired and some were a bit young for him... one day as he was hitting on one of the younger ladies the rest of us cooks said something like “ c’mon Paul Bernardo give its rest” and a waitress ran away crying... we were all at a loss🤷🏻♂️ come to find out she was good friends with Kristen French (one of their victims) we set her off... we didn’t know.. we weren’t in the hometown where the murderers lived but just a nasty case of “it’s a small world”

The Slivko murders aren't banned, you can see them on any gore site. Shouldve replaced that with the Christine Chubbuck story instead
