silatguy yeah to be honest I listened to 2sfh mostly during the hundreds of hours of walking I did from Jan-Mar and during workouts it's Metallica, Slayer, Disturbed, Pantera, Rob Zombie, etc.
+pbhenry3 Belt and knee wraps are powerlifting staples and still raw get off my case about the belt dude, everybody wears a fucking belt on squats on deadlifts. Maybe I'll go all Konstantin Konstantinovs later.
+pbhenry3 Plus I have knee pain from years of skateboarding so squatting without the wraps is pretty painful, even with the wraps there is a degree of pain.
thanks bro, not sure why my deadlift is much better, it must have something to do with leverage mechanics. I might be similar to Pete Rubish cause he's deadlifting 920 and squatting 700. My best squat is 475 though.

I did sub, and the 475 is in a vid titled "mock powerlifting meet" it's from december last year. That was the strongest I've been but was on a good cycle and I spent the first 3 months of this year cutting for a bullshit contest so I lost strength and had to rebuild and I'm natty for the time being my numbers are 425 squat 275 bench 565 deadlift.

Yea fuck cutting haha i hate it to man. Your deadlift is solid man, my deadlift is only like 40lbs higher than my squat with only sleeves and a belt.
Samurai Squat never heard of anybody doing an oral only turinabol is like a weaker version of dbol with a lot less water retention and less aromitization, he should take test cypionate 500 mg per week as a base and do the tbol on the side, or is he afraid to poke himself with a needle?
