    damn lol strong lifts man. yea your grip was sliding on the bench cheap bar and sweaty hands maybe. looks like you're getting strong while I'm still injured in the lower back, I can only bench now.

      Samurai thanks bro injuries suck but you'll be back at it. Normally my dead and squat go up while bench stalls but lately it's been the opposite. Not complaining though I'd like for my bench to be more than 50% of my deadlift and at least 1.5x bodyweight.

      Alex Wolstencroft made an Instagram like 2 weeks ago lol yea since I'm benched focused now a 2x bodyweight bench would be nice. I think I can do that natural not 100% sure tbh lol since I'm 215.

      Samurai I'm 230 and max calculates to 335-340 so 345 would put me at 1.5 x but I want 365 i could give a fuck about 345 lol
