And also the hydroquinone cream isn’t the only way to lighten or fade your acne scars, hyperpigmentation or dark spot a better alternative is to you an AHA like lactic acid or glycolic acid. The ordinary has a glycolic acid toner that would do just that and isnt harsh on the skin. Also be careful products with Hydrocodone will lighten your skin but also make your acne scars and your dark spots more visible. You should honestly just try using either a serum that is just an AHA or a product that has glycolic acid or lactic acid in it. Because the way you get rid of the dark spots and acne scars is to increase skin turnover and what does that is in AHA.
Exactly my thoughts. Why layer a spot correcting cream with hydroquinone on top of your Sunscreen. It should be the Sunscreen on top of the spot correcting cream.
Also your PanOxyl wash and your salicylic acid wash are really good products because from a dermatologist standpoint those two are the best combo punch when fighting acne. Because the salicylic acid clean inside your pores and gets rid of all the gunk that’s in there while the benzyl peroxide cleans the surface of your skin and gets rid of all the bacteria that could cause acne.
