George needs a good hard look at that bill first before deciding, sure if you can get double the bill or more back when you sell it then it will be worth it, scrap value wouldn't be much unless there's someone specifically looking for that model to take parts off and it depends on what parts have broken.
Apart from that George is going to need another dozen doughnuts to replace the sugar list from chasing pigs, Keith saves you a few hundred in rental fees and beanie is a good egg doing the unpacking while you work, great episode as always scroft

I agree with George. A couple can mean 2-6, exceptionally when I say a couple hours when I am out for a ride. I have had many conversations with the wifey when I say a couple.

Nice vid, always look forward for a new episiode of the farm hand. Why not making a frontloader on the big massy? And its not your fault things break, its all up to George, moaning about money for repair stuff.
He does love to moan. He will see sense, and I'll get him back when he next breaks something
Would you like to see this in FS 25? Economic growth in the town you are based by or in so now buildings businesses being built the town grows with you over time with influx of population increasing demand for your products. Or decreasing when economic growth is low with loss population growth and businesses going under causing less demand for your products. Basically, you would need to fulfil orders and contracts for businesses to help grow the economy. It's just an Idia I have for a mod. It was arrogantly for FS22, but I ran but of time. it's almost 2 years in development. I'm going to need some map modder to work on some compatible maps.
I'd love that! A dynamic town that grows as the famr grows. It would be brilliant 👏
@@Scroft I built a test map in 22 but has its a test map it only has 2 Feilds and some domestic building its just to test it on. it works OK just 1 little glitch. when the contact has finished you get a new contact, but the original contract will not show has completed.
so, you don't get the bones upon completion. I fixed that problem but then it just stops generating contracts after the firs 1 is completed. So, I have a bit of work to fine tune it then I will need to convert it over to 25. 🤞
@@JustMyFishhave you noticed everytime it rains in the game, it always thunders too. I havent played all maps but the maps i have played thats true. The mod i waited for was the manure spawning inside the cow barns for farmers to have to clear the barns out rather auto loading it from a heap outside but i found a couple barns now that do that so its great. Wish more maps had calves and lamb goat capabilities because i tried ballyspring because of that but had to uninstall, the roads and entrances were so narrow it just became a pain. Plus every farm had same buildings. I need to have a map that has character of calmsden, calve/lamb capabilities of ballyspring and one that has the bunker silos you can tip into from the back. Not sure what map would suit me best but im playing console. Wouldnt mind some mods for the pc being available on console.

Scroft, just wondering, have you thought about either buying a front loader for your Case tractor and a lowloader trailer? It would mean you would be able to do the transport work yourself & make a few quid?

38:50 dunno about that side of the pond, but here in the states we'd call that a "house warming party". But usually that occurs after you're all moved in and unpacked. You can do that party later on when the weather is better.
Hey, how much do i gotta pay for membership before my name goes on the board? I've been a member for a few months now, still don't see it. I know it's only a could bucks a month, but that's about all i can squeeze for now with the economy the way it is. I have to listen to shit from my wife every month as well, over 2 friggin dollars! Tempted to pay more just to spite her 🤣 you are worth it though, i feel bad for not putting up more. But gas is $6 a friggin gallon and milk ain't much cheaper.

Repair the tractor. If the repair cost is half the tractors value then that means you will get 50% more than what youd get scraping it. Honestly probably more than 50% scrap value. Repairing a broken car is a lot less expensive than replacing the car as a whole.
I fully agree. I'm sure George will see sense when he stops looking at the £ 😅
