Thanks for the vid bro ! Just bought my first ducati, a 2014 1199 and i worked it up the right way lol, started with a 600 then a 750 now its time for my dream bike !

Ducati is dope but, when I had my honda, I would remind people... Honda is the ONLY company that has won F1, Indy, motogp, wsbk & AMA. Not Porsche, Ferrari, Chevy or ford. The only close one is BMW & the S1000rr still cant win crap.
Facts!
I love my 1199 Tri
The only 2 things bug me is having to bleed the clutch every so often (no leak but clearly air is getting in so eventually you pull it to the bar, and still drags the clutch)
And the - indicator instead of the N. (just turn it off in first gear and put it in neutral when starting)
So far other than those two issues they’re great bikes (well and running hot)

It's more likely the master cylinder-mine was changed for a new RCS 19. No more air in the system.

Best used motorcycle you can buy is the one with all maintenance record and mostly stock.

I own a 2012 1199S since new...fork seals had to be replaced (that's due to the soft material Oehlins is using) & the rear wheel excenter needed to be cleaned. Other than that no issues at all - service cost is comparable to BMW. Don't hesitate to get one, if it's always serviced & in a good condition (like any other bike or vehicle).
