    Very usefull. I have an 8 band eq. But i only use it for the top and low filters

      it sounds like a HPF/LPF would work great for you while simplifying and offering more control over the parameters you're needing!

    Or add a tone knob to your active preamp in the bass. Certainly a stingray 3 eq alreadu has an hof at the bottom

      A tone roll off could certainly be helpful, but a LP Filter cuts at a much steeper roll off allowing you to remove high end freq very specifically without affecting as many of the frequencies below.

      Yeah.. Unfortunately, this may be a difficult design to market simply due to a general lack of knowledge/understanding. Hopefully I’m wrong because this is something that doesn’t really exist in a bass specific stompbox. And because of how extremely useful a HP/LP filter circuit like this can be regardless of whether your amp/bass has the kitchen sink of preamp control/eq filters!
